The reality is, normal people with a comfortable life and a family probably aren't going to want to broadcast their life and opinions to the Internet for some possible sliver of e-fame. Even if they did the "I got off work, picked up the kids, made dinner, started on a new woodworking project before spending some time with the family, and am looking forward to golf this Saturday" podcast probably isn't going to blow up.
Selection bias is real. If your sample is of people who have unorthadox, unacceptable to many people politics, and are willing to broadcast this with their real names and faces, then expect to get really fucking weird people.
@reptile bhat spaniard rid (sorry, idk why It's not @'ing properly) also made the point about them being memetic clout machines among their gay little group of "friends" which I think is also true. When you completely lack substance, being an edgelord is often a way to get attention (See Dick Masterson & co since way back when).

Bi means 2, so every 2 weeks.

The problem is caused by using latin or romance prefixes like bi- and semi-, as they introduce ambiguity and are interchangeable in use. We had a perfectly good terms already: fortnightly and twice weekly.

A popular SCP webseries, Confinement, has been canceled after the creator, Lord Bung, basically did nothing for like 4 years after passively getting money in Patreon and complaining about his broken ass (like actually broke his tailbone).
Over the course of 4 years of not working on the series they trooned out, threw around rape accusations and doxed other people, suicide baited, and then it turned out that the lions share of the unfinished project was literally their self-insert molesting most of the cast or some shit (I haven't watched it, but supposedly like 3-10 people worked on it and were okay with it based on reddit comments). They are now deleting everything. EDIT: People have said it's literally 4 minutes of the self-insert literally slipping into every female characters vagina and a few male buttholes or something like a really crappy Austin powers rip off.
People have ran the numbers and the nigga probably pulled just over $100K doing nothing.

@chiobu or @Drama Fan did a write up of it on rDrama (I think they're both the same person, idk)
