Given how intrusive the monitoring and personal inspections are, given how determined they are to harass this woman, and given the fact that she's a mom pulled into our autism, not someone raised on the internet to fight this retard war, I would have to recommend that she not do this and that people in her shoes not attempt to do so either.

before you're identified, arrested, booked, named, "shamed", and subject to more harassment, monitoring, invasive inspection and "probation" style conditions for wrongthink.
For someone under such conditions to do what you suggest is some honest to fuck cold war spy vs spy mission impossible shit. The point is to not be caught, not try to hackerman your way out of active, invasive surveillance and a court order stating you've lost almost all of your human and civil rights.

UK Intelligence agencies spy on everyone without recourse and don't have to justify a goddamned thing they do. It is not a stretch to think the police enjoy a lot of this themselves, modulo their ability to know what to do and ask for, given how retarded these cops are. They're also searching her and her home!
Under these conditions a trained spy would have a hard time. One would have to have VERY well hidden devices, not in their name, and either depend on a mesh network of wifi or hope to be lost in the noise of cell phone traffic, and use whatever device when the police aren't coming unannounced. Oh, and of course hope the husband and children don't let anything slip.
