I wish the documents from his new lawsuit were available online, but it looks like it'd be a huge pain in the ass.
You'd have to set up a "draw down" account with the court's finance division, pre-pay (check, money order, or cash), then request the documents ($0.50 per page(!)). It says "draw down accounts must not be left at a $0.00 (zero) balance", but you're able to request that they refund the remaining funds and close the account.
It'd be way easier if someone requested the documents in-person, although I assume that they'll still be charging $0.50 per page.
