I mean it could be all, but the easiest answer is the child porn. It would explain why every Discord mod has like 10 TB's worth if all they have to do is hop on reddit and scoop some up. The answer is one of two: Ban porn, kill reddit, or B: Heavily fucking moderate it with bots, access to that FBI database to just insta zap shit from the site, and people you know hate that shit and get paid enough to purge any CP they see.Honestly I just assumed it was an easy cop-out that he wouldn't have to answer for because he can't be expected to comment on ongoing legal matters.
Alternatively, if that's referring to NSFW stuff, maybe they're facing increasing scrutiny over CP. We've seen Twitter and Pornhub really try to clean house over this. Instagram also is currently getting a light shone on them over this. It's been a problem that keeps popping up on reddit since /r/jailbait was a thing and I could see it being a bigger problem now that onlyfans is big and lots of them try to advertise on reddit.
Or it could be what you suggested where it's a Twitter Files type scenario, although, main-line reddit is so astroturfed on any political topic, I really doubt that they'd need it.
In any of those scenarios it's still a vague reason to add to the list to tell mods to shut up and they're not going to get their way.
As for the astroturfing, how do you know it's organic? Some sure, but if you've ever been to 4chan, you can sometimes tell whats real, and whats just a FBI agent on K talking about glock switches and trying to honeypot someone. I'm just saying man, saying the FBI doesn't have a twitter style backroom is more suprising than if they did
