I thought Skordas offered to work pro bono against Russ because he took it personally. When Russ got turned down for a payday loan, he complained that college kids can take out tens of thousands in student debt, but he can't borrow the same amount for his business, so I'm guessing when he did get this loan he put the $1000 towards a business license and the shitty website for the Mile High Neon/Intimate Dealings/the Lupinor.
I think his "explaining" for why he doesn't have to pay it will be attempting the asshole business tycoon move of "I invested the money in a business, but the business didn't turn a profit, so I don't have to pay it back, I'll just get a government bailout and a tax credit, and make a fortune off this bankruptcy!"
Russ'll find out he doesn't actually have the legal acumen to pull that off. I'm pretty sure you need to borrow in the company's name and then file the company for bankruptcy to pull that off, and I'm pretty sure payday loan places lend personally, not to companies.
As for the 3rd hooker suit, I guess you can say Russ has learned SOMETHING by not bragging on Facebook "Woohoo! I'm suing this lying cuntface hooker and using her money to fuck more hookers. Big thing are happening!" He seems to know people find him repulsive for his litigiousness and to actually know not to brag about his frivolous lawsuits against women anymore, because it'll end up on the farms and be added to the evidence against why any hooker should ever take his money. I suppose learning not to sue hookers in the first place is too much to ask.
Most importantly, does fake titty bitch who says Russell can be "defeated with a lawyer" have the money bags to hire a Nevada Skordas to rip Russell a new mouth hole in court and declare him a vexatious litigant?
Or am I incorrect on my Greer lore?
