This is a good point and really depressing. I keep forgetting the wider context sometimes and fall back to old patterns of thinking (where countries are actually separate entities with different interests) which is something i need to fix.

There was another screenshot i wanted to post that i couldnt find that explained some 1980s pentagon study about how if the US were to break out into civil war you would immediately have various other superpowers supporting one side or the other to make the government collapse so they would swoop in and this would constitute a deterrent to actual naked tyranny

But in a world you describe with de facto world government, this would never happen. And since the world governments have demonstrated they don't care about (and actually want) tons of people dying, your scenario is probably much more likely.

We saw with T-19™ that average people are total mongoloids who will do what they're told, and yet another example that law enforcement is very happy to smash fellow citizens' heads, no matter how stupid the order that comes down. The US military now has thousands of cartel members, and "other ethnic groups" in its ranks

Regardless, an armed populace will delay total tyranny and may make mass compliance expensive enough that they'll have to pull back a bit.

Insurgencies don't need to and don't want to occupy territory.

And let's just take Wyoming as an example. 100,000 square miles. 575,000 people. Population density of less than 6 people a mile, take out the few cities and it's much less.

It's a very old tradition where you work as a cop to get a lighter sentence, a perfect system and totally doesn't teach criminals how cops investigate at all. It goes back to City Guards in the Middle Ages and I'm glad that the British have conserved this retarded tradition.

What I haven't looked up is the demographics of the actual voters in Jefferson County. The demo info I was pulling from was just general numbers for all people. I think maybe 2/3 of that population are of voting age (average household size seemed fairly consistent with state figures - a fraction over 3.)

Home ownership seemed, iirc, consistent with state averages (somewhere just south of 70%). Median (or maybe average, I didn't really focus on it) income seemed about 25% off statewide averages, and they are second-to-last by county in Oregon. Education seemed moderate (biggest stats were "graduated from high school" and "some college" (incidentally, the Black population (all 185 counted persons) had the highest high school graduation rate)). Didn't check employment rates.

In sum, I don't think that minorities or mixed-race people play a uniquely determining factor in their politics. Seems a cross-section of education and income, but generally, the demo numbers suggested a fairly standard, likely blue-collar, population. The Native American population is likely a factor in the concerns of the county as a whole, but again, haven't looked at voting patterns broken down that way.

It's less about the guns (Vietnam and the recent Afghanistan withdrawal show that), it's that the 99% (with a 1% margin of error) of 2nd amendment nuts are just larpers. Rigged elections, drag queen story hour, politians being friends with Epstien, money printing, it doesn't matter. They don't have the guts to do anything about it.

There was one of the mass shooting where the guys with guns and skull t-shirts stood around hiding from the shooter until all the kids were dead. That's the reality of the 2nd amendment.


I heard a story recently (don't know if it's true) that when a local council wouldn't stop pushing WEF shit, the people stopped paying tax until they knocked it off. Seemed to work according to the story.

Yeah the reality of the second amendment is just that Americans can carry around handguns for self-defense and their farmers and hunters and competition shooters won't be unduly inconvenienced by licensing requirements, and they can play with range toys other countries won't let you play with. All that bullshit about keeping the government in check and watering the tree of liberty is just empty air.
