Just like back in Italy when he has Ford BLU, only an hour into Italy and then back. No matter where he goes, all ways lead back to Nürnberg or Emskirchen because no one outside is gonna protect him.

1) He still eating only crap food.
2) He kind of spent the last 10 years on his sofa. All the movement he now gets, which isn't that much in fact, is just catching up with basics.

Since last week he is spending most of the time now sitting on a concrete block in from of the main train station in Nuremberg. So basically he is just doing again what he did the last 10 years: sitting around and eating crap.

Some activists from the Last Generation (Die Letzte Generation) decided to glue themselves on the street right in front of Nuremberg's main train station and in front of our dear Drachenlord:

He has issues with water in his legs and has these issues for quite some time now. There are pictures and videos of him and his legs looking like this although not as bad as now from at least 3 years ago.

Usually these kind of issues have to do with the stream and flow of the blood in your body. Massive lack of movement is a known cause of this, besides being a fucking fat deathfat (he weighs around 220kg; don't know how much this is in American weight, sorry).

It's very likely that he also has diabetes which could only worsen the whole issue.

I asked a friend who knows way more stuff about biology, the human body and health stuff than I do and she explained that it's already an serious issue and he should feel pain all the time but probably doesn't feel anything anymore in his feet bc the nerves may be already dead fucking dead.
He also should go and see a doctor and start treating them or he may get an infection which in the long run could lead to an amputation.

Drachenlord himself said yesterday in a stream that he just saw a doctor a few days ago and who said he is in good health.

tl;dr no bug bites or animal attacks. He's just fat and obese and his feet are dying because of it.

Drachenlord doesn't sound like the sort of guy to sit around and eat bugs and soy sausage all day, he needs his greasy fats. But he probably wouldn't mind the abolishing private vehicle part these ecofags want, he abolished his own after all and he'd probably meet less haiders.
