On Monday, March 6th, Reiner got in a another fight with one of his trolls.
- He was at the main train station in the city of Jena.
- A troll came up to Rainer and was filming him with his smartphone.
- Rainer gets aggressive and tells the troll to fuck off but the troll doesn't back up.
- Rainer slaps the smartphone out of the trolls hand and it falls on the train tracks.
- A scuffle ensues and bystanders get involved. One of them also calls the cops.
The troll claims that Rainer broke his glasses and pressed charges against Rainer.
The cops press charges against the troll he jumped on the train tracks to get his smartphone back but entering the train tracks without being authorized is a minor offense.
Rainer wasn't investigated and went on a train he was waiting for. He then started a live stream and bragged about "headbutting the troll". The cops claim that there is video footage from security cameras but none shows Rainer headbutting anybody.

During that live stream Rainer got into another scuffle with someone on the train.
It can be heard on here (German audio only, sorry).
The incident could become problematic for Drachenlord bc he still is on parole.

Video blogger is on probation
Fight at the train station - what are the consequences for the "Dragonlord"?

New trouble around the "Dragon Lord": Because the controversial video blogger fought dangerously close to the track, it came to police action at a train station. The incident has an aftermath.
This time, the cat-and-mouse game about Rainer Winkler ended in blood. The man from Middle Franconia, who has gained dubious notoriety with video streaming, got into a physical altercation with one of his so-called "haters." They now speculate that Winkler may have forfeited his probation as a result and will have to go to prison. But from the authorities' point of view, the incident currently has consequences for the opponent at best.
A bloody finger, a cell phone in the track bed and damaged glasses: This is the result of an altercation between Rainer Winkler and an opponent that took place on Monday at a train station in Jena. The net community around the "Dragonlord" witnessed it partly live in the stream on TikTok. The police confirmed the incident to t-online - a spokesman says: "It could have ended much worse.
Rainer Winkler fights at the station - police alerted
It was around 2 p.m. on Monday at the Jena Paradies train station in Thuringia, when the YouTuber was apparently waiting there for a regional train. Suddenly, a man approached him and held his cell phone in his face. What happened before that cannot be reconstructed. This is how Karsten Täschner, spokesman for the Erfurt federal police, who are responsible for the area, describes it, having looked at the footage from the station, which is under video surveillance.
Winkler turned away and gave the man to understand that he wanted to be left alone. But the man allegedly did not let up. Thereupon the dragon lord "made a punching motion, as a result of which the cell phone of the opponent fell into the track bed". As the recordings show, a scuffle ensued - dangerously close to the track, where a train was due to arrive at any moment. Bystanders intervened and someone alerted the police.
Videos of this circulate in the community, which follows Rainer Winkler's every action - a small part quite literally and not just virtually. At the same time, the 33-year-old himself repeatedly fuels the hype surrounding the so-called Dragon Game with controversial content and often provides clues as to where he can be found.
Täschner from the Erfurt Federal Police Inspectorate can only shake his head at this phenomenon. He tells t-online, "From a police perspective, the incident was definitely explosive. "Not at all to imagine if this tangle of people had fallen into the track bed at the moment the train was coming in."
The press officer reconstructs based on the footage from the station and on the net: Winkler was not the aggressor, but the "hater" who provoked him. The videos show that Winkler had turned away "in the sense of de-escalation". But the other had not let up. Thereupon, the video blogger "made a punching motion, as a result of which the opponent's cell phone fell into the track bed," and his glasses were also damaged.
"Dragonlord" afterwards in the stream: "This is what my life looks like".
The incident lasted for just under half an hour. In the end, Winkler boarded the regularly departing regional train - from where he again addressed the net community live. The 33-year-old, who hails from a tranquil little town in central Franconia, showed his bleeding finger with a torn nail. He says, "This is what my life looks like."
Winkler had not been the subject of their police investigation that day, Täschner explains. Neither would they have taken his personal details before he traveled on. The officers only got wind of the fact that the "Dragonlord" was involved through posts on the Internet.
In the community of his "haters," some users are literally waiting for the man from Middle Franconia to commit a crime. In March 2022, he was given a legally binding suspended sentence. In the event of a new incident, this could be revoked and he could have to go to prison.
Winkler had attracted attention because of insults and bodily harm to "haters". This was preceded in each case by provocations by the uninvited visitors. Several times in the past, there were confrontations after which the participants did not press charges - because they feared possible consequences for themselves. In Jena so far nobody reported, stressed the speaker on Wednesday noon. But that does not mean that one might not follow.
The opponent has meanwhile announced that he wants to file charges against Winkler, as an often well-informed Hater account tweeted on Wednesday evening.
Winkler wants to have given "Hater" a head butt
After all, Winkler had told afterwards in a livestream that he had given the opponent "full headnut", i.e. a head butt, after he had attacked him. In the video, he made the movement of a bump with his head. According to the police, this could not be seen on the surveillance pictures of the train in the confusion. With the possibly strongly exaggerated description Winkler attracted attention in any case.
Investigated after the pictures of the police is already now because of a misdemeanor against the opponent, who remained at the Jenaer station and whose personal data the police took up afterwards. "A male person of German nationality," said Täschner, but he was not allowed to reveal more for reasons of personal protection. The misdemeanor comes to the man because he jumped into the track bed afterwards to get his cell phone. According to the railroad construction and operating regulations, trespassing on tracks is not permitted.
The district court in Nuremberg had sentenced the video blogger in March 2022 to a suspended sentence of one year for, among other things, attacking a man with a flashlight and throwing a stone at another.
