I don't think so, really. Cities: Skylines is more of a painter than a simulator, and it looks like the sequel will be the same--the real problems of planning, be it urban or suburban, are only shallowly addressed because the important part is letting the player build the city they want, and you wouldn't want to give any negative feedback to their ideas. It's emotional validation for them. You can make your wholesome 100 small town too if you like.

Did you want to build that new rail line? Sure, you just need to get a 2/3 vote on the city council, the fill out the environmental impact report, open up bidding on the contract, fight off lawsuits by residents, get the permits, deal with an union labor strike, cost overruns, and delays.

If you are lucky, it will be built in a couple IRL hours.

That looks like a mongoose which are known for killing snakes so maybe it's some kind of anti-Gadsden flag (I don't know why they would be referencing the Gadsden flag though, is that part of the urbanist cult?). Although that might be giving them to much credit it could just be an otter and mean some weird gay thing like 'bear'. It probably is. The gadsden flag represents things that these "urbanists" are fundamentally opposed to, but it's also more generally representative of the people that they're opposed to. There are lots of examples of a gadsden-style flag where the snake is being eaten by a mongoose and some variation of "I'll tread where I want", which pretty much says everything.

Mask off, fully admit they lean left and don't care about the boycott. The hatred for cars is visceral, they can't contain themselves, so much so they started a new forum. So glad I'm thinking of buying a truck now that I've been able to save up some cash, a older model with a big V8. They will cry as I get horrible mileage on regular gasoline and drive on urban roads.

Most of these people came from upper middle class 1st world families, and typically have never faced any major hardship in their lives. I've taken public transporation to work in a nice area and it was just tolerable, especially in Japan, but I can't imagine trying to take it in San Francisco or any other nigger infested place and enjoy it so much that I post on a subreddit about how it needs to be the overall standard.
