GameFAQs forums for sure. ive gotten probably a dozen accounts permabanned from there for shitposting when I was a young teenager. Believe it or not I've really matured regarding my innernet behavior.
I like any forums that have an active userbase because there's actually people you can talk to there, unlike places like Reddit or 4chan where you just get attacked by robots. I find new ones by including `inurl:*/forum/*` or some such modifier into a search engine
There's probably a firearms forum based on your area that's pretty neat
The closest you’ll be able to find a place like here is the the O&A forums, which were created after Reddit gave them the boot. However it’s all tied to a show that ended almost a decade ago: https://new.onaforums.net/
The internet has been effectively sanitized. I’m sure there are pockets of good locations here and there but they’re probably not looking to grow either…and for good reason.
Yes, and lipstickalley.com is hilarious and savage. Be careful posting tho because those bitches are really great at detecting yt post stylings and they'll bully you off. LA has primo true crime, celebrity gossip and relationship subforums and also bonus utterly sincere threads on fuckin' voodoo and developing top tier gold digger skills.

My first experience with a forum was the old GamePro forum back in the mid 2000's. Till then I had no real experience with forums. I used to troll around in Yahoo chatrooms in the early and mid 2000's. If you remember the old GamePro magazine they had website and a forum or message board as it was called early on. My first thread on the forum was an introduction thread and all I said in the title was "what's up GamePro faggots". About 2-3 minutes later I get a message in the onsite messaging system from a mod saying my thread had been deleted and something about posting offensive stuff and it was warning and the next time it would be a 24 hr ban. I have never taken the internet seriously. So I was left wondering who the fuck takes the internet that serious that they got offended by a word I used in the title of a thread. That was my first experience with internet censorship faggotry and this was back in 2006.
The gamepro forum closed in 2011 the same year the last issue of the magazine was printed and sent out. Even if it managed to survive the rise of the Reddit cancer it probably wouldn't be a good forum. It was always full of retards and leftist liberal fags. I think a few people there might have been Libertardians. You could use foul language though and the rule on political and religious discussion was that it was allowed but it had to remain civil.
So after posting there for a few years I got bored with the place and started to troll the shit out of it. It was full of a bunch of retarded Sony fanfags so it was really easy to trigger the shit out of them. If you though Sony fanfags were retarded when the PS4 was released you don't know shit. The shitty state of the PS3 and it's shitty release had them all on the defense. They were like super sensitive about everything. All you had to do was post an article about PS3's being in stock somewhere just weeks after the launch and they would have autistic chimpouts.
I tried a few other forums in the late 2000's. I had an account on Storm Front for a while. But that place wasn't very fun or entertaining. The few times I did post there it was full of a bunch of humorless Boomers or at least Boomer tier types. Which is why when I found the TRS (The Right Stuff.biz) forum I enjoyed it so much. I was around other ebil racist internet users and there was actual humor. You could say nigger faggot and Kike but also talk about video games or music. There was even a category for shitposting. Though people would tend to shit post all over the forum. I know because I did it. Quite a few threads about niggers for a "Niggers LOL" post from me. After the Kike wife drama in early 2016 and a lot people left the forum it went to shit and all that was left was small group of weebs gym fags and what we called dingoes (Australians). So I closed my account and didn't go back. But if I could have the TRS forum of 2015-2016 back I would use it. Yes, I would recommend it to other people.
In the late 2000's I was posting on above top secret. It was a forum that focused on Boomer schizo conspiritard shit and UFO stuff. I didn't post there much. I eventually forgot about my account and never went back. A lot of people got early versions of malware and shit like that off that site though. Above top Secret isn't around anymore. The site shut down some years ago. There is an ATS around today but it's not the same forum. Then there was Open Minds. It covered the same stuff as Above Top Secret. Boomer schizo conspiritard shit and UFO's. I had a habit of refer to Open Minds as minds so open the user bases brains fell out. People would post some retarded shit there. You could always tell when some schizo off their meds was posting. The best thing about Open Minds was that John Lear would post there. Of course he said a lot of crazy shit as well. If anyone here is familiar with John Lear. He was the guy that was hanging around with Bob Lazar. Open Minds is dead and so is John Lear.
I did have an account on the old Daily Stormer BBS called the TheGoyimKnow. I had an account there from 2017-2018. I also posted on the Gamer Uprising forum. The forum Andrew Anglin had made after the old TheGoyimKnow forum closed down. Game Uprising is still around but it's pretty dead. I don't recommend it.
I used the No Mutants Allowed forum back in the late 2000's as well. It's a Fallout fan site that also has a forum.
I don't know of any other forums so I just posted about forums I used to use. This is the only forum I actively use these days. I tried Reddit a few times and it's a shithole. I even tried 4chan back in the late 2000's and I didn't care for it. Though when KF was down I did use 4chan a few times.

As a bright eyed youngster I joined and was banned after a couple posts because they thought I was a guy going by "darklink". You've done me a favor if that was you, because I found better forums to post on afterwards.
