Does she have a schizoeffective disorder, or just bipolar? Either way she could definitely have one that's not diagnosed. I hope this episode doesn't last 6+ months, PT might be a shitty person but I'm still worried about her health and safety.
Mental illness is serious shit. I hope any kiwis reading w/mental illness take this as a reminder to make sure they're getting proper treatment and doing the best they can to avoid episodes/relapses.

Possibly other meds as well like mood stabilizers. She really needs a thorough evaluation by a psychiatrist to figure our specifically what meds might help her, as well as a case manager and other resources to help her get stabilized and in a healthier situation.
Unfortunately she's an adult so no one can force her to do these things unless she becomes a danger to herself and others, plus I wouldn't be surprised if her paranoia makes her not want to seek treatment (sadly a common issue with serious mental illness).
A lot of bipolar meds and antipsychotics also cause weight gain and other undesirable side-effects so I could see her not wanting treatment because of that (though personally PT getting fatter but more stable would be better than her continuing to spiral out of control like she is).

No, I figure someone made a smart remark like Pixy was as likely to turn into a car as she is to turn into a man. Like the old attack helicopter joke. Only Pixy's crazy so now she's paranoid she will be turned into a car.
I think most of Pixy's crazy posts are just various misheard or misinterpreted comments that are then run through Pixy's super crazy brain and then spit out on FB. FB seems to be her favorite place to pour out the crazy in her head onto her screen.

Just a few more screen grabs of her recent activity. The cosplay photo is especially amusing to me. She freaks out over being "misgendered" while dolled up in colorful makeup. Makes perfect sense to know shes a "guy" right?
Edit: I'm not trying to be mean or catty, but her skin is so so bad and she looks so much older than she is. I totally get that she is just about 40 and lives close to the equator, but she has so much advanced skin damage and sagging its quite impressive. Did she ever talk about any sort of skincare routine at any point during her pixy days? I dont see how anyone could get skin that bad unless they totally neglected it. She seriously needs some hyaluronic skin booster injections.

That cosplay picture is... woah. Holy shit. She looks like she's in her 50s and has been out in the sun for decades. Combine that with the shitty Sora wig and she looks very very VERY washed up, like she just got up after a three day drinking and drug bender.

Once again it looks like a special needs woman wandered away from her tard guard.
And that is such a bad outfit to wear when you are overweight. The sleeves and pantlegs emphasize short limbs like crazy. The shapeless top makes her look extremely dumpy. I assume this is some Sora cosplay. But I don't know enough about KH to recognise it.
Not that I remember. The one thing she didn't do when she was 100% convinced she was Japanese was skin care. She just took those baths with no soap and refrained from washing her hair because she didn't want to lighten it. I think that was even after Debbie forbade the black dye.
When Pixy showed her kawaii hauls it was all lolita, cosplay, mochi and various trinkets. None of the popular kawaii skincare items ever made an appearance. I guess she thought Nipponese idoru-chans were just all naturally kawaii.

Pixy is such a complex issue at the moment, and it really seems that unfortunately she's completely beyond help of any kind now.
Unlike most cows here she was never a horrible human being. She was rude and like we keep seeing here she has always been nasty in response to criticism and good faith suggestions alike. Her need to be special always held her back from being a functional adult because she needed and wanted desperately to be different and destined for great things. That's why she decided she was haffu, that's why she wanted to be an idol, that's why she thought using her degree to get a teaching job was beneath her. Those are all aspects of Pixy that have always existed, which is something not just long-time followers can attest to but something even some people who went to high school with her have confirmed.
That being said, there's a big difference between being an entitled brat desperate for attention and validation and being someone who grooms minors or has consent accidents.
A huge part of what makes her so complicated is that she has genuine issues that exacerbate all of her worst tendencies. She really does have health anxiety. She genuinely does feel weird, uncomfortable sensations in her genital area because she has constant infections that are either never sufficiently medicated or go untreated entirely. She definitely has some terrible trauma surrounding sex and sexuality. She also actually does have a batshit insane mother who would rather antagonise her than support her. Her dad seems like a normal guy who is just fed up, but neither parent seems to realise she's profoundly mentally ill.
At this point I feel like her lashing out at people is partly just Pixy being Pixy and partly her taking out her many frustrations and hurts on the only people she interacts with outside of her parents.
She knows she has a vagina. She acknowledges it, even if she wants to call it a fucking man hole, of all things. She knows she has an infection that requires a suppository. She knows she needs medical help. Like most people here I think her initial futa delusion of a penis growing inside her is the result of gynecological issues and that those issues still persist to this day.
I really do believe her when she says she's scared of being assaulted by doctors, because we all know her sexual history and I think we can all agree it understandably led to having trauma and anxiety. It's common for a person with sexual trauma to fear seeing a gynecologist. The thing is, if she didn't have her intersex delusion she might eventually break down and see one even though she's got anxiety and embarrassment. However, now she's decided she's actually a biological man who happens to be intersex with a manhole it seems like there's no chance in hell she'll ever get that help. She seems to trust her general practitioner, but they aren't a gynecologist and can only do so much to help, and even then she can't even follow their recommendation because she's too busy throwing money at weeb shit, like she's always done.
I get why people feel fed up with her, and I get how frustrating it is to see her Pixy issues (ie things not originating from mental illness/trauma/anxiety) get in the way of her progressing in life or improving her mental or physical health. I just can't help but feel a mixture of those things, pity and just sadness at watching her mental health having declined to the point that it has.

In a way I feel bad because I think Facebook is one of the few outlets where she gets any sort of support even if it's just a few heart hugging emojis. She lashes out at people who don't asspat her correctly. But at least they aren't telling her she's going to be turned into a car or a burger or forced into marriage knowing it feeds her delusions.
Pixy needs friends but she isn't going to be able to retain them. If she dropped the "What about me?" attitude she could probably get some companionship. But I don't believe she's capable of doing that. Plus whoever pals around with her has to step on eggshells due to the delusions and oversensitivity.
