If it was "Re-evaluate the meaning and purpose of the work of your own body", it could be dealing with ED, insane beauty standards, SA i.e. working on a healthy relationship with your body. But one can't say that because we all have to be babes fat babes deathfath babes. To have a healthy relationship with ones body would be fat shaming.

if its work in the employment sense, i think it means "accommodate fat people, give them free biscuits, extra health cover for the illnesses they bring on themselves, employ them preferentially and ensure they have snack breaks every half hour. if your job involves designing things, do so with deathfats in mind; if your job involves dealing with the public, always be extra deferential to fat people"

I do not believe all that weight is simply from poor post op diet management.

I don't think it's misandry so much as it is hatred of discipline and hard work. (They're not celebrating the moms who teach their kids how to swim or read or leave work an hour early to go work on their fourth grader's science project, but more the kind of motherhood where you sprinkle WORDS OF AFFIRMATION and it's done.) The real test of manhood is owning up to all the mistakes you will inevitably make. You teach your daughter to change a flat tire so she doesn't get murdered on her road trip. You teach your son to control and be accountable for his anger so he doesn't end up suppressing it and posting all day on Kiwi Farms and taking it too seriously. And if others you "fathered" fail, you accept your part in the failure. No worries about Coco or J wanting to claim any part of fatherhood.

That's a lot of weight. She appears to have lost a solid hundred lbs. I believe she's about 5' 8". Dropping from 370 to 270 seems like it would roughly match the size, but if you're not able to get basic nutrients and it's rapid weight loss, kudos to her if she has that much vim and vigor.
