By that I mean Matt Walsh sucks dicks. If he can't see the obvious irony here, he should die by choking on cocks.
brave explorers:
christopher columbus
amelia earhart
neil armstrong

tourists:
those dipshits shitting up Mt. Everest with garbage
these dipshits shitting up the Titanic with garbage

for matt walsh's consideration
honestly I should have written him off earlier when that controversy went around with his comments on teen pregnancy.

Randomly decided to go down the rabbit hole of looking at how this thing was made. Obviously still missing a lot of info.

Spencer Composites manufactured the original carbon fiber cylinder. (A) They told TechCrunch Titan wasn't using its carbon fiber cylinder for the Titanic expedition. (A) The author then states a "source familiar with the company" said two other companies revamped the hull - Electroimpact and Janicki Industries. I have no idea if they're referring to Oceangate or Spencer.

If true, what excuse do you have for sourcing the original from a company whose yard looks like this? Maybe it wasn't like this back in 2017 or 2018, but still.

Thruster mounts were manufactured by a company called Aalbu Brothers with a material they'd never worked with before. (A) Seems legit. Oceangate attached the thrusters via bolts and brackets to the outer shell. Was there bowing in the outer shell under pressure causing the bolts to impact the carbon fiber cylinder?

Thruster manufacturer Innerspace Corporation already nixed their page.

When constructing the Titan, Oceangate applied the adhesive to join the cylinder to the hatch faces in a warehouse next to a dock in Everett. I would love to know what the application directions for that were. Maybe something like controlling temperature and humidity? Maybe surface pretreatment that wasn't just a cloth? The manufacture of the carbon fiber cylinder is also a bit dodgy.

Originally I was considering not posting some shoops because I'm learning GIMP so definitely not proficient and of course do feel a tiny bit bad. Ah well sometimes you live your life to be a lesson/learning experience for others.

The retards didn't even use metal, they used some carbon fiber retard bullshit that is even worse.
Nevermind they were dunking it on a regular basis into the freezing ocean; a type of environment known to be hell on carbon fiber:

From Wikipedia:
Environmental effects such as temperature and humidity can have profound effects on the polymer-based composites, including most carbon fiber reinforced polymers. While CFRPs demonstrate excellent corrosion resistance, the effect of moisture at wide ranges of temperatures can lead to degradation of the mechanical properties of CFRPs, particularly at the matrix-fiber interface. While the carbon fibers themselves are not affected by the moisture diffusing into the material, the moisture plasticizes the polymer matrix. This led to significant changes in properties that are dominantly influenced by the matrix in CFRPs such as compressive, interlaminar shear, and impact properties.

UV light isn't good either. Just recently I stepped into an boat with lots of carbon-fiber surfaces which had been stored outside, mostly uncovered for a year. Any carbon-fiber that sat in the sun (dash, steering wheel, throttle knobs, etc) had clear-coat that was cracked & peeling, with the exposed CF becoming deteriorated & fuzzy.... And that sub was left outside continuously.

Additionally; it looked like the Titan's carbon-fiber was wound around the hull in only two directions (sort of like a bias-ply tire), instead of crosshatched like radial tire. Cut a few sidewall threads on a bias-ply, and well....

Feeling vindicated right now. Walsh is only useful for making trannies seethe, which he excels at. However his personal brand of conservativism is more of the same milquetoast wholesome chungus shit that achieves nothing and in case it couldn't be any more clear he is not our guy.

I wonder if that was because of the limits of the ship they were using to launch and recover it. It's a 60 year ex coast guard buoy tender. It may not have had a crane or winch to lift anything heavier than 10 tonnes.

Also I wonder what their record keeping is like, I think a lot of the investigation will be checking paperwork.

Wouldn't there have been massive air bubbles coming up to the surface after the implosion? I know air bubbles would expand so I figured they'd have seen something.

um, the ocean is kinda big, dude. Bubbles from the implode would be about as noticeable as farting in an Olympic pool

There couldn't be more of a difference between how Rush talked and Cameron still talks about the technicalities of deep sea exploration. Never would have guessed it's the latter who's made most of his money in Hollywood. Best layman friendly explanation of what likely happened I've heard so far.
