I have to admit that I have no idea. I first thought that it’s the same “hot dog method” that they used with Ashley(?) where her phallo was split open for six months before being rolled close. However this seems to be a completely new method invented by O’brien Coon that uses some sort of delayed(?) a abdominal flap. I tried snooping around a little but I have to admit that I didn’t understand much of the explanation given by Grazdo because she writes like a monkey on drugs and I coudn't find any papers describing it either.. However I hope that you might understand these comments a bit better thanks to your knowlegebase and could maybe then explain this method to us because it does sound interesting.

When I was young and especially going through puberty I would wear huge shirts because I did not want it to appear as though I had breasts, and I did not want anyone to see my hips. I thought having wide hips made me fat when I was younger. I wasn't fat at all. This is just body dysmorphia, and it's normal to have it when you're going through puberty, especially because you don't really understand what is happening to your body, and it feels weird to be now viewed sexually by your peers who used to make fun of you and say you had cooties. I get it, and maybe that's why this is so sad to read to me. These pooners are basically writhing in their own self-hatred so much that some of them don't realize that their bodies really aren't that bad until it's too late.

SRS 2.5 weeks post op

Hi everyone. I just wanted to share my vagina at 2.5 weeks post surgery. I’d love some perspectives from others if everything looks normal and seems to be healing right. I’ve had little to no pain and I’m already up and able to be out and about living my life almost perfectly normal. The only complication I’ve been dealing with is the noticeable wound dehiscence on each side of the vagina opening. My surgeon explained that it likely occurred from too much tension on the stitches from not having a lot of tissue to use and starting too strong with dilation. I guess I’m just worried that it’s not going to heal and fill itself in back to where that middle piece of skin is; and I’ll be left with that middle piece there like a nub. If anyone has any advice for this I’d be super grateful.

The only thing I can think of is perhaps this: put a saline expander bag under the stomach skin, explains it for a bit until you have extra tissue. Cut a flap of that, cut a hole where the peen would be. Push rhe flap down and pop it through the hole and sew it up? Sounds a bit mad but then none of this makes any sense. I guess like a pedicle type procedure with a tissue expander on the stomach?
That’s just a guess though, she sounds like she’s having a manic episode or something. Barely intelligible. Still great she had a full understanding of the life altering surgery eh?

I would’ve given anything to have been able to perfectly bounce back into my normal life, but I didn’t. 3 years ago I had surgery with Dr. Bowers and I wasn’t prepared for the complications I had (very painful granulation tissue that made dilation extremely difficult as well as a lot of bleeding, more than normal). I ended up trying to use scissors to cut it off so I could dilate. My catheter also partially fell out after I was discharged from the hospital so that was fun (caused a huge pool of blood to form) I don’t think I was mentally prepared for just how intense and gruesome these things were. I was 18.
3 years later I still have nightmares a few times a week about how it felt having to hammer the dilator in there because of how terrified I was I’d lose depth (and I did but I think most do, I just wasn’t given much to start with bc I started blockers early). I have nightmares that I’m drowning in blood or that I had to cut off my old penis. In fact, I had a suicide attempt a few months after my surgery. It wasn’t fun having to explain to the psych nurses why I needed the big orange dildo so I could dilate lol. I didn’t get to dilate alone and I was treated like an oddity in the hospital. I had a more serious suicide attempt 2 months later and I also made it out of that one thankfully.
I had a second surgery with Dr. Bowers in Nov. 2021 to fix aesthetics. When aroused, part of the tissue would “grow” and it strangely reminded me of a penis (cue the dysphoria). Also one labia majora was much larger than the other. I also still have a problem with internal hair growth because Bowers had said I didn’t need to get electrolysis beforehand.
I’m doing so much better now and I have joy again. It just took a very long time. I’m working on healing my trauma and if you’re reading this then you helped me do just that by listening, so thank you I did post my story on here before & was told I was being dramatic which is why I haven’t been as active since then, about a year ago

1 week out from surgery and things have been going okay. Since day 5 I have been having constant intense tingling near the clit that has prevented me from sleeping a lot the last couple nights. Has anyone else had this and how/when did it resolve? Hyer has told me that its normal and should resolve quickly, but it has really increased my daily stress with such little rest and sleep. Beyond that I have been fairly pleased with recovery. I have around 2 inches of depth which is just a little less than I was hoping for. Pain has been incredibly easy to manage and I have not needed the oxy since day 2 in the hospital. My swelling/healing is very severe but this seems normal for Hyer and I am confident things will improve quickly. If anyone has any questions I would be more than happy to answer !!

He's complaining about his clit tingling while posting picrel showing off a distinct lack of "clit". If he has one it's either fallen off through necrosis or will soon from the look of things. I had surgery on a finger joint that healed while my finger was stuck bent and it developed a weird bubble like he has all over. With lots of rubbing it's gone down but it feels highly uncomfortable like a sensitive callus. I feel like the skin wasn't stretched properly when stitched together so when the legs were no longer spread wide for surgery folds happened which caused the lumpy healing. Real vulvas have flesh to them so they don't wrinkle up like a deflated ballsack when not stretched, these taint monstrosities are just thin man skin stapled together so they don't keep their form at all. I've never not seen a wrinkly one so I'm not surprised to see these bubbles if they're what I think they are

Is there a med-Kiwi that can speculate on to whether this is a no-skill surgeon or an srs cowboy throwing some shit at the wall? @Manul Otocolobus, does your glorious fluffiness know wtf the surgeon was hoping to achieve here?
