Update for anyone who cares:
Netkas was admin of the Chat because he had parked the /KiwiFarms URL on Telegram and was gracious enough to give it to me when asked during the #DKF shit. He only asked to mod the chat with his friends. I agreed and he's done a pretty good job at keeping the drama levels low so he's stayed admin ever since.
However, there are two problems I've tried telling him.
1. The Rose bot is the most annoying fucking thing I've ever seen implemented in a chatroom because he programs it to respond to half the English dictionary with the same meme image over and over again with no cooldown. The images take up half the vertical height of the chat.
2. There are obnoxious, attention-starved trannies attention whoring 24/7.
The tranny shit is so bad it basically makes it unusable. It's the same dude talking all day, every day.
And just to be extra aggravating, the tranny's name had a Rose autoresponse, so the chat is almost continuously filled with spam about the tranny as the tranny talks continuously.
So I told him this and he did nothing about it. I've tried clearing the list and he repopulated it over time. When I banned the tranny, people told me that he'd be upset because he wanted to fuck it. This appears to be the case because he became irate and days later just told me to suck his dick.
Out of caution I've deadmined him and everyone I don't personally recognize in that chat, which is all 20 of them except 2.
If it becomes too shitty I'll just lock it. I don't really need it.
