Here's a blast from the past. Back when Shaun was making videos against Skeptics (and still does, to an extent) he made a video on how Paul Joseph Watson was wrong on women in sports. Do you think Shaun included any actual studies in his video description? You'd be surprised to find out that no, there is nothing of the sort in his work. His primary thesis is that women do poorly because there aren't enough fields/slots for them. The clip of the female arm wrestler, the top of her field, being beaten by an average man - that Shaun says is really an MMA fighter, which only highlights how an elite male defeats an elite female - undermines his point. This is my personal experience as well, but it's also broadly reflective of sexual abuse 'panics' in history - where a minority demographic of sexual abusers (or exceptional sexual abuse cases) is concentrated on to distract from acknowledging how many straight male abusers there are and how active they are.

This is a really fascinating point your bring up. It also seems that these sort of panics always take root in similar social niches of primarily women from the suburbs, pointing to a common cause as you suggest.

Absent/abusive parenting is a major cause based on real life experience with several trannies who transitioned before it became mainstream and a few during. Most had mothers who socialized their sons as women to an extent. I don't mean wearing dresses and pronouns but raising their sons with the expectation they have a female emotional system. The boys end up caring about what others think of them and are more timid which results in those boys not being treated like men by men and women their age. I think this leads to social isolation which inevitably leads to the internet and the manipulation/pressures it contains. "I never felt like a man. Maybe I'm a woman like my new friends say." There were no systems or social norms in place to address this, especially with the push in schools and online to redefine masculinity, so these people fell through the cracks. The policy is now to fast track them into transitioning. Most teachers being women may exacerbate this issue, especially with how cruel some women can be to already-vulnerable boys. Being raised by extremely religious mothers is a very similar scenario I've encountered.

Not sure if they are socialised to care about people's feelings in general, like girls, more their mother's feelings over all - emotional incest. I would say there is cause troonism hinges on sexual dynamics and dimorphism, it is quite different to homosexuality.
