There was an update March 7, 2023, which added maybe added a PO Box in Spicer, MN; otherwise it updated Ty's office.

I compared this to a previous screenshot of the info page from the Comptroller's office.

It appears there was a change made, specifically moving Rekieta Media's mailing address to Nick's PO box in MN. Previously, it was the same address as the one listed for the registered agent (Ty). The other change obviously is that the LLC is no longer forfeited.

It's worth noting that @Strix454 brought this to the attention of the thread on February 22 (page 1397), and the OpenCorporates website dates the filing to March 7, just under two weeks later.

It was far from a clear-cut case, defamation always is, especially if it's concerning anyone who can be considered a public figure in any way, much of the time. Prima facie standard is much lower. It just means you get a chance to prove what you're claiming. It isn't a guarantee you actually can prove it.

Because people seem obsessed about bringing up Faran, I found an old clip that might make one think that she might not be the only one who Nick told about "swinger island".

I was working on a post to write at some point but I happened to stumble upon this which I think deserves its own post.

Nick streamed multiple times while on his Jamaican holiday in August 2022. One of the streams he joined was the third episode of the Dungeons and Dragons stream series that he used to appear on. This was on August 8th. Nick appears to be wearing the infamous Jamaican shirt (which is brought up on stream: around 0:13:30 one of the panelists brings up how someone in the live chat said "nice thot top, Nick").

Near the start of the stream Nick apologizes for missing the previous episode, explaining that he is vacationing in the Caribbean and was en route to the resort that day, and did not have enough time to get set up for the stream.

Nick leaves the stream early, about half way through. The female guest interjects, asking "Is the swingers' banquet starting?" to which Nick responds "Yeah, I gotta go eat."

As far as I can tell, her statement seems to come out of nowhere. While I haven't checked the first episode or the in-character portions of the third episode, you can watch the introduction portion of the third episode yourself to see that Nick merely talks about being at a Caribbean resort; I clipped the relevant portion above.

In any case, it would surprise me if Nick would publicly joke about being at a swingers' resort considering he has in fact bristled at the characterization of Hedonism II as a swingers' resort, claiming that it has not been that way since the 1990s.

It would also surprise me if the guest managed to accidentally make a joke about Nick being a swinger without any underlying context about where he was on vacation. If someone tells me they were at a resort in the Caribbean, I wouldn't immediately leap to "You're hanging out with swingers!" - but maybe she made a lucky guess.
