The TDS thread started off as the 2016 Election results thread back when the salt mine subforum was a thing, and outlived it by being so ridiculously active because leftists couldn't stop screeching about anything he did over the course of his presidency. It lost relevance after the 2020 election and is now only trafficked by Trump loving retards who can't let go like you and me I guess.
The TES thread started off just as an r/TheDonald thread, expanding to their offsite forum after they got (unjustly) banned by reddit and eventually to its final form to become an equal inferior and opposite to the TDS thread. It was never that great but after it became non-specific it plummeted as quickly as an Aeroflot aircraft piloted by children into thinly-vieled leftist seething and never recovered.
Both threads started off as good, focused and funny mockeries of idiots as per this site's spirit, but are now just hollow shadows of themselves as they fell by the wayside and became circlejercks. The "Biden Derangement Syndrome" thread, however, has always been shit, and was clearly only made as a seething NO U because Biden is objectively shit.
