If the judge isn't mentally handicapped he/she will upgrade that to aggravated assault. Chance attacked another person with a deadly weapon, intending to do severe harm while they were demonstrating their right to peacefully assemble on public property and this is not his first violent offense. The judge is going to see he attempted to do the same thing to his elderly guardian, he recently was in a violent altercation with a fat pillhead and he's been in numerous violent altercations before, he's in deep shit.

Based Shaman can just fall back on Cuestar style videos if things sour in the sektur, not worried about him. Marty however, probably gonna be staring at a picture of Cyraxx while lying on his bed like Wolverine until he eventually decides to either bake a file into a cake to break his lover out of prison or jump from a cliff down into the sea while a boombox plays "My Heart Will Go On" at max volume.

Well if John Bulla is any guide, it's when you start chasing kids around the neighbourhood with a machete. It was obvious for years to anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together that Bulla was a danger to everyone around him, but things got potentially deadly and tragic before he got himself a long-sleeved jacket and a bouncy room.
