I dismissed it entirely at first and maybe I'm just being autistic, but now looking at it all it could be remotely possible.
Physically, it's the right color hair (this narrows it down to 1,500,000,000 people), the same long-ish hands that she has, pale complexion, very thin which would be expected. Kind of a similar chin from the picture that is likely her when she was younger.
He posted it's "totally not pippa" with the face covered and later said he didn't understand vtuber culture. If he didn't understand the culture maybe he thought saying "not pippa" and covering her face was enough that nobody gets in trouble.
I was surprised how nice she was about calling him out, normally I would expect "fuck off" or something.
And his "Phase Is Gay" message is weird because if it isn't pippa I doubt Phase got involved so it's hard to imagine why he'd have enough animosity toward them to make the secret message in the first place.
But, still, it's all very inconclusive overall, just based on how I think people I don't know would react and based on the fact that "she's dirty blonde and has long hands"
Unless that model of phone can be tied to her (even that isn't ironclad) or someone can read that business card, it's gonna remain inconclusive.
