There's way too many tweets to go through (if someone wants to go through it, be my guest - https://twitter.com/search?q=from:@AkiraComplex&src=typed_query&f=live), but dude had a loooong history of physical and mental issues and sorta trooned/pronoun'd out a few years ago. ngl I purposely never followed him outside of his music appearances in rhythm games for those reasons. He produced some bangers though, RIP.

It's tragic watching this mind virus infect guys with a lot of potential, and suddenly they're trooning out or killing themselves. It seems like there's so many guys that seem fine with being a man and then a switch breaks and suddenly they're careening towards suicide and cutting their cock off. This needs to be studied by non-pozzed scientists, because this would ordinarily be a horrifying psychological phenomena. My theory is that it's a cope, like Susan Schofield who'd insist her son is a schizo and not an autist, gender dysphoria (supposedly) has a cure, depression isn't so easy to fix.

But the most important question is, will Liz No Dong and Cocaine Keffals put this on the Kiwifarms Kill count?

We've barely talked about him before this if at all, he doesn't have a thread and didn't post a note or anything blaming any "harassment." I doubt they would pin this on the Kiwifarms kill count but then again truth doesn't matter to them. They could always find some twisted logic to blame it on us.

I get the feeling it was earlier than that, I swear I remember seeing a full on troon-nnouncement but I can't seem to find it rn, it might've been on a private acct or scrubbed from his public one.

Everything listed's only from the past few years, oldest game in the list is IIDX 25 Cannon Ballers. His most recent song, "Survival at the End of the Universe", only came out last month on DDR A3. Less than two months later, he did not survive at the end of his universe, lol.

a fun remywiki fact: not sure if it was with akira complex or with toriena (whose husband came to the wiki and asked to not share private information about his wife), but after that one moment, almost any doujin artist that had a real name written on it, it got the snip. somehow xi was spared from that, though.

I believe outside of private requests like with Toriena, the ""rule"" now is that if the artist themselves make their real name known thru publicly available social media accounts or official media then it's fine, otherwise snip. Though what qualifies and what doesn't I have no idea, might be a YMMV. Like in the case of xi, he has a public facebook with his real name clearly tying him to his identity. But I remember a long time ago seeing someone in the RemyWiki Discord asking if composer metadata in a digital release clearly showing another artists' real name counted and that didn't. Don't think places like Discogs or VGMdb or other wikis counted either.

i just miss the fact hiroshi watanabe had a redirect to cranky just because they have the same names, and it was kinda funny.
