I agree that none of this is particularly new, but I still get the feeling that things are ramping up in some way. I agree that the government destroyed the Black Panthers violently, but I don't think that we've seen such open hostility towards half of the political spectrum since quite a while. Also let's be real, the Black Panthers were a violent group. The current group being targeted by the federal government is basically anyone who thinks that we should have a southern border, or who thinks that men and women are different.

If all else fails, there’s always the trusty ol’ “attack power substations” strategy. Because it requires little specialized knowledge and equipment and can be carried out solo with zero coordination, merely REPORTING on it is nearly guaranteed to spawn copycats as they realize how relatively easy it is not only to carry out but to get away with, as long as you practice basic OPSEC.
