No, the initial attempt to set up a collab happened before Nick's public fall from grace and Pippa has specifically credited her manager "Fishman" as taking the win.

Given that Pippa recently collaborated with Coomalot of all people (which is what caused this kerfluffle in the first place) I think its more likely Pippa was open to a collab, management was iffy because of troon controversy, and now her sentiments have reversed given Nick's bitchy and tone deaf behavior.

He did a very similar thing during the Murdaugh trial, you may recall. It wasn't bitterness that Baker was utterly eating Nick's lunch. Of course, the guy got convicted after very limited deliberations.

Isn't Andrea a public defender? If you thought you were too good for "true crime content", you could pretty easily steer the conversation in the direction of how you ethically represent someone who almost certainly committed a terrible crime.

But the idea of Rekieta being "too good" to cover anything is so laughable at this point when he's now known for getting drunk and creepily lusting over fans, or getting drunk and shouting epithets at people and getting sued for defamation afterwards, or getting drunk and telling people Rekieta Law was never a law channel.

Good Lawgic is now pulling in twice the amount of superchats and almost twice the chat count as Nick.

I get that Rekieta is also pulling in some from Rumble but man that's bad.

I dare say that Nick killed the golden goose, he can't pull up even if he wants to now. He'll have to stab in the dark in hopes he can latch onto a popular topic.

Rekieta's problem is that he was doing so well that he had more or less maxed out on the number of people interested in his old content, though he could have shifted into something else and become even bigger. But most of those people now have some awareness of what he's been up to over the past year.

Rekieta has claimed that his "restructuring" aka "pulling up" has improved his metrics but if they have improved, I haven't seen any improvement posted in the thread.

Pure speculation, but I'd propose that part of the mismatch between subs and livestream view counts for Nick on Rumble can be explained by lurkers who followed Nick to Rumble in fall 2022 but only use Rumble exclusively for Rekieta content.

They watch live or catch the VOD the next day on Rumble out of habit, but don't bother making a Rumble account because they don't chat, superchat or have any interest in watching anyone else on the service but Nick.

They also aren't watching Nick's short form Rumble content because they consume Nick's streams on a schedule by force of habit, while Nick's clips are sporadic, different than his formulaic streams and not as discoverable.

I do agree though that there still must be Rumble inflation.

If his rumble short video is a more faithful indicator to his rumble channel's health (130k sub but only 5% activity), then rumble is not getting their money's worth. Not even close.

I just googled this a minute ago so I'll defer to anyone more knowledgeable or if it's been posted earlier in the thread, search has been super slow for me today.

My reading is Rumble counts any impression, not needing to be unique, with no minimum length of viewing required. So if you refresh the homepage 5 times in a row, that's 5 views. And if they allow 3rd party embedding in the same way Twitch did, you can have 1 pixel wide videos being embedded on sites so people don't even know they are being counted as viewers. That creator request rumble cites for the change was more like wall street investors won't take a look at the fine print and will hopefully believe Rumble is anywhere in the same league as YouTube.

In the past, view counts represented the number of unique views for a particular video. Going forward, view counts will represent the total number of times a video has been viewed, both on the Rumble platform and embedded on third-party websites that use Rumble’s video player. We believe this shift will more accurately reflect the relative popularity of Rumble videos and allow content creators to understand their audiences better.

I couldn't find a clear answer from YouTube directly but multiple sites report a view is counted after only 30 seconds of watching and there is built in limiting of unique viewers being counted multiple times with a limit of 5 views counted per unique person in 24 hours.
