Do you think it's something recent or it's just her DMs with Nick before this shit show happened and Pippa changed her mind?
In a recent stream, one of Pippa's superchats mentioned something about how she couldn't stream with Rekieta and her response was that she "dodged that bullet." She moved on from talking about him pretty quick.

Relevant because Nick is screaming at yet another lawyer, Zade. Reeees about how Zade is a "discredit to the profession" over an email delay issue. Rather familiar. It confirms that Nick's always been unhinged. Original streams date back 4 years. Very entertaining.

REKIETA RAGE!!! My Favorite Epic Unhinged Nick Rekieta Rant 🔥🔥🔥

Some context on this one. Back in 2018, Nick started talking big on streams about the Mark Waid vs. "Zack" case. Waid's lawyer (Zaid) then showed up in Nick's chat and called him out on the legal things he was getting wrong.

In particular, Nick clearly showed that he had at the time (2018) no understanding whatsoever of how pro hac vice works. (Admission of attorneys into different legal jurisdictions). Nick initially was caught off guard and didn't seem to know what to do. Nick then responded after by going into a long tantrum (or perhaps several tantrums). I vaguely remember him drinking alot as a response as well which kind of said alot to me about his character.

This stuff was the point where I couldn't personally take Nick seriously anymore as an attorney. I had given the benefit of the doubt initially that he was a real practicing attorney in a rural area. Then I looked him up and it all made sense. Three years out of law school in 2018. Had never worked for anyone after law school. Didn't do much actual legal work. Ran to alcohol for comfort when he got put under even minor stress.

But I could never have predicted the lows he has sunk to this year. He has reached a point where he is down to picking fights with a rabbit.

I haven't been keeping close attention to the Pippa drama because vtubers are weird and their fans are likely pedos or retards, but one of the things that about this I do find funny is how Nick turned his back on his "free speech absolutist" perspective because it was supposedly fucking with his business model. Now he's publicly stating that Pippa hates the company holding to the rights to her online persona and is backing coomalot's posts fake-unveiling Pippa, which is supposedly a big no-no in the vtuber world.

So I guess if someone calls you a coomer in Locals, they deserve to be banned for fucking up the business model, but you and your friend can make a vtuber's life needlessly more hard by fucking with their business model and it's just fine.

My reading is Rumble counts any impression, not needing to be unique, with no minimum length of viewing required. So if you refresh the homepage 5 times in a row, that's 5 views. And if they allow 3rd party embedding in the same way Twitch did, you can have 1 pixel wide videos being embedded on sites so people don't even know they are being counted as viewers. That creator request rumble cites for the change was more like wall street investors won't take a look at the fine print and will hopefully believe Rumble is anywhere in the same league as YouTube.
That's my take as well. It is view count inflation on Rumble's part for sure, but they can back it up probably with some data. That said, even youtube's is counting methodology is questionable. At one point for video ads, a viewer only had to watch 5 seconds of a video ad on youtube for it to count as an impression. Not sure how it works on Rumble, but my guess is they just count everything and anything as a view, even if it's for a millisecond.

He's an entitled hypocrite. If it weren't for hypocritical positions, Balldoman would only have the cuck corner and the gaping posterior as positions.

Null just said on MATI that Nick no longer responds to him
On the plus side, Null is no longer getting bad legal advice from a retard lawyer. Sad, but probably for the best.

Null should reach out to Sean (Potentially Criminal on youtube), because he apparently has an account on the farms and isn't a full-blown retard (if Sean was willing).

He did a very similar thing during the Murdaugh trial, you may recall. His panel were all flabbergasted Emily Baker might think the guy was guilty and I recall there was an the implication that the reason might be that she was pandering to true crime loving wine moms. It wasn't bitterness that Baker was utterly eating Nick's lunch. Of course, the guy got convicted after very limited deliberations.
This was when I realized that he knew nothing about law. He characterized the entire trial as a travesty of justice and that there's no way that a jury could ever find him guilty.
Nick seems to claim he has evidence that Pippa really wants to get on stream with him but can't show it to the public?

Nick's classic strategy whenever he's engaged in friction with a detractor on stream or online is always to try to move the discussion behind closed doors.
Yup. He's done it in Elissa's comment section. He responded to some legit criticism of him and immediately followed it up with "email me instead".

Looking back, the narrative that Nick & Camelot are using against the rabbit is kind of interesting. It seems deliberately designed to cause her maximum potential damage. They went out of their way at every opportunity to attack her agency, her show format and her fans while constantly saying that she is really on their side. She wants to be with Nick, but her evil representation which is "abusing" her will not let her. She is actually cool with Nick and Camelot, but her evil pedo incel fans are constantly causing trouble.

Its the kind of thing that could really damage a business relationship if there was a lack of trust between the parties. Its also the kind of thing that could be used to stir up trouble within a fan community. It didn't seem to work in this case, but it says alot about current Nick that he would do stuff like this.

And its such a weird narrative that its difficult for me not to see it as being deliberate. Why do the white knighting of her at all after clearly trying to pick a fight with her. Why attack her fans, her show, her format and her representation so hard while at the same trying to act like her defenders?

Yeah the vagueness about their communications together is especially telling this whole thing has been an obvious gayop by camelot and rekieta to deliberately muddy the waters about Pippa's intentions.

That being said if she got graduated over this I would laugh and then laugh even harder as all her siimps came to collect Nick and Camelot's scalps.

Don't vtuber companies also try their hardest to make sure that no one fucks with the image of the brand? Like more than most companies do? If Nick is floating out there that she's told him she essentially hates the company, it's keeping her under their thumbs, and she being taken advantage of, that seems like a gayop attempt to make her company move on from her.

All this faggotry because coomalot and rackets wanted clout from a woman pretending to be a bunny.

Because they're both egotistical (potentially psychopathic) assholes who see her as damaged goods that they might be able to bring under their influence.

It would be hilarious if Nick's next lolsuit came in the form of Phase Connect & Jane Doe ("Pipkin Pippa") vs Rekieta Media, Nick Rekieta, and Coomalot.

This. Coomalot seemed to have this plan ready to go with that fake pic right after their stream together and Nick didn't even attempt that "I hate drama guise" line he just jumped right in. There was zero benefit of the doubt or understanding giving and they seemed to be ready to double down the second they got pushback.

I think they knew exactly what would happen.

Nick boasting at the start of his show about how little he knew about the case because he doesn't care about "true crime" or whatever was weird.
Just getting around to watching the stream. I don't think this was boasting, Nick couldn't ignore the criticism and HAD to address it. If he hadn't said a thing beyond the "Andrea's here to present this case to my audience and me" then I don't think anyone except the hate watchers would have given a shit.

All he's doing is taking his insecurities at being publicly criticized and shoving them into the lime light for all to see with these kinds of reactions. Great way to annoy the less engaged viewer who wanted Andrea to get on with the content.

Does anyone remember which of Ethan's trip to portugal did Pippa react stream to? The 1st or the 2nd? Her doing that was what got her on most people's radar, including Nick's. That's when he wanted to get her on stream iirc.
Pippa reacted to the first trip when Ethan got his purse stolen, which he tweeted a response to while she was streaming. I remember Metokur said something about Ethan getting into a fight with a rabbit early last year, which is when I first heard of her.

A cursory glance on Youtube shows this was a stream she did on February 3rd 2022.

I think another reason for rumbles inflated views is that for example, I used to listen to streams on mobile while at work & several times a stream it would freeze up or something to the point where id have to go out & back in again to restart. I have the feeling that this counted as a new person joining the stream when that wasn't so.

I delved into the VTuber thread and saw this clickbait video being flagged up from back in May. I think this was a clip taken from a stream about 5 days after the Pippa stream with Camelot.
When I was looking for Nick's first interaction with Pippa Youtube instead decided to share with me this clip from Camelot's own channel from a month ago.
I don't ever remember seeing this talked about or shared. The click baity title of "Fishman is ANGRY!" is not correct, as far as Camelot explains it in his own clip. The blacklisted part, however, is! Is it because gentle Sakana is insecure around the buff Alabamian? No. It's because, according to him, Pippa never got permission to do the interview because she never even asked about it. I find this both believable and not. I could see Pippa pushing the boundaries in an attempt to show fishman that the world outside of their sphere isn't that bad. I could also see this being complete bullshit because the stream was not a secret nor done within a day of the announcement. Phase had plenty of time to axe it if it was truly verboten. I also never heard anything about Pippa getting bonked for doing something so blatantly against the company's rules. Near the end Nick makes an allusion to bridge burning and I'm really not sure if he's talking about Phase Connect of Camelot doing the burning.
In other words, they appear to have known since May that Phase did not want any future collaborations, or at least wanted to give that impression, and it seems possible that the two of them have been aggrieved for a while about being snubbed by Phase.

This. Coomalot seemed to have this plan ready to go with that fake pic right after their stream together and Nick didn't even attempt that "I hate drama guise" line he just jumped right in. The timeline is a bit different since it looks the stream with Pippa was in May on his Camelcast #36 podcast.

It would be one thing if it happened right after the stream, but I think Camelot is just trying to drive clicks and attention to himself. I am not really sure if he even has the foresight where he would understand that the controversy he was about to start would reflect badly on Pippa who would be extremely annoyed at being dragged into it.

Nick's response after the fact seems to me to be calculated to do maximum damage to Pippa while remaining firmly in the "passive aggressive" category where, if pressed, he could fall back on the "I hate drama!" defense. He appears to both be driving a wedge in between Pippa and her management and insulting her fanbase.

Null just said on MATI that Nick no longer responds to him
And all because Null made fun of a little fart of a tattoo.

Most vtuber companies are Japanese and as such basically act like Nintendo because dishonor results in sudoku; Phase has gotten more lenient about it, but they are owned by a China man and a lot of their problems when they started were because he tried to follow the honorobru path but all of the people working for him were feral mentally ill women.

I used to listen to streams on mobile while at work & several times a stream it would freeze up or something to the point where id have to go out & back in again to restart.
I remember having to go through exactly same process multiple times per stream. Every damn time I tried to listen limpdickcuck on mobile.

I have a question for the people who keep better tabs on the Locals than I do: is it normal for the live chat he sets up every day to only have 30 people "active" during the evening? It's currently about to hit 5 pm Central, Nick's time zone, and I distinctly remember there being upwards of 300 people in it every day nearly around the clock. Now the last messages are all from StillLife the paypig and those were over half an hour ago.
I was under the impression that the show was doing well and the Locals chat was the most happenin' place on the Internet. What happened bros?

Lawsuit? no no, friend, you underestimate the absolute lengths of complete and perfect unhinged insanity idol culture fans are capable of.

When Diamond Homunculus mentioned scalps being taken, well.

It would not be be in minecraft.

It would be in real life.

The only flipside to that wholesome real life interaction is that not even vtuber fans would attempt to wear the skin of either as coats, so we'd be spared that horror.

Matsuri gonna be lit this year, friends! LOLOL

And speaking of scalps, those hair plugs aren't gonna hold up too well to that kind of force, one would imagine.
