It's very nice that as a *widow* she now has to fill up the time she would have spent with him with something constructive. I honestly support that. What she fails to mention is that the time she spent with and on him was verbally abusing him, being physically abused by him, talking shit online to mostly hostile strangers about him, openly discussing their sexual proclivities, and alternating between public condemnation of all of his personal shortcomings and making excuses for all of them when it was convenient for her. I'm sure she has a lot more empty time and emotional space with him gone. And I do honestly hope that she uses that time and space for something useful and constructive.

I think by now she convinced herself that they were a happy, loving couple and always supported each other. Just like her only real friend is her imaginary deity that she can shape to her needs, her ideal lover is a very selective memory of a dead man.

Wouldn't be the first time a woman only started to love a man when he died. Other times you get women who see the death of a husband, even if they're a good man who's never heart them as a blessing as they have a new sense of freedom. Like in the story, The Story of an Hour. Luckily the woman dies when she see's her supposedly dead husband walking up to their home (she had a poor heart and couldn't handle such shock). Sadly the man would never know how little he meant to her in the end.

It turns out when she's not showcasing her utter stupidity via the legal system or telling all of us we're tools of Shaitan, she's just another exceptionally boring mentally ill woman whose claim to fame is trying to make Diet Judaism in her basement like a shitty meth lab for religion. The milking quality of her FB posts was never terribly high imo, and ever since she bought a ticket on the ban train the thread's pace has slowed to a crawl. It really drives home the point that if only she'd listened to reason and stopped postsperging, this thread would likely be a quarter it's size and buried low on the lists.

tl;dr:

Motion for attorney fees is denied because "A sanction which a party clearly cannot pay does not vindicate the court's authority because it neither punishes nor deters"

Motion for costs is granted and "Ms. Scott must pay to Mr. Moon's attorney the sum of $44.40 for taxable costs"

As to the motion for pre-filing injunction, "Considering the relevant circumstances, I find that these factors support a limited pre-filing injunction" and "If Ms. Scott objects to the entry of a pre-filing injunction" she has 14 days to "file the grounds of her objection with the court"

Really, the pre-filing injunction is more valuable than the 10k in lawyer fees. She can't sue Josh or the site again. That means that a never ending parade of lawsuits and the associated fees will never come to pass. It is over. Melinda lost. But as the saying goes, you might beat the charge but you can't beat the ride. At least the ride is finished and put to pasture.

Edit. Knock on wood. No doubt the psycho will appeal the injunction.
