Meh, your take is a little too doomerish for my liking. The reason nothing will change with these riots is because the French are essentially the blacks of europe when it comes to chimping out and destroying random shit. They do it every few months, nothing changes, and they return back to normal as they await their next excuse to chimp out. Riots have no impact when your normal mode of conduct is to riot, rioting only has an effect if it's an escalation from normal procedure, not a regular part of it.
