If you're just going off this thread, France has turned into Somalia complete with mutilation, but it could just in specific areas of France like the 2020 riots in the United States were.

The Floyd riots were in almost every major and minor city in the US in May 28th-31st. The total number of riots were somewhere between 500-1000 give or take a hundred or so in any direction. Places like Atlantic City NJ saw riots and looting which is fucking crazy since nobody expects anyone there to give a shit, and certainly not in any reasonable numbers. The hottest and most intense place with all of the arson was obviously in Minneapolis where the Floyd incident occurred. But this meme that "oh there wasn't much in the way of rioting" is entirely erroneous. Far as we can tell, most of the major French cities are getting some form of rioting and looting with Paris and Marseille being notable hot spots that attract the most videos and violence.

I'm not convinced that many of the French will think this is a bad thing. We have seen the protests over them raising the retirement age. Macron can't be popular enough to survive instituting martial law. French people riot because they don't like the weather, and this kind of thing could offend the sensibilities of even the white French.

Europeans literally wrote books about crowd psychology after studying riots for hundreds of years. They do know how to bust them up. They just haven't done it.

Spoiler: sperging about mass psychology

In every crowd there's a "stubborn minority" of about 10% who will keep things going. They are the motivating factor in keeping the less committed mass of people moving. Ideally you would identify them and take them out, but that's really hard to do on the ground. Traditionally, cops or feds would infiltrate organizations beforehand, know where the motivators are ahead of time, and arrest them once they're in the open. But that doesn't work for spontaneous, dissipated riots.

What does work is identifying the smaller group who actually has the balls to do destruction. There are not thousands of arsons in the streets, there are a few dozen (if even) who are getting cheered on by the other thousand assholes. If you shoot 1 arsonist, that may embolden the 2nd one to light a fire in retaliation; but it doesn't create a new one to take his place, it scares off the bystanders as they see consequences in front of them.

It works for the window-smashers and rock throwers to a lesser degree, though I'd argue lethal force isn't warranted for them; they should get rubber bullets instead. But more people are willing to take up rock throwing if they see a violent police response, so the crowd dynamics get sketchier.

This all gets complicated if you have a huge, street-jamming mass of people doing a proper protest, who could get inflamed into action by the violence. But I haven't seen any of that here. If they have arsonists in their midst, it's harder to safely take them out. However the tactic to dissipate them is remarkably simple: charge into the middle of the crowd, split it in two, and force the sides apart. This breaks the "surface tension" that holds mobs together, though it does take more police bodies and coordination to pull off. We saw this work time and again during the 2020 George Floyd riots, from specific PDs that practiced the maneuver.

I won't recap the entire 5894 page thread on the 2020 riots here, though I may start linking it if retards keep insisting guns don't stop riots. TL;DR the riots didn't stop with a law being passed, or more troops being called up, or BLM getting their demands, or racial harmony being achieved. They stopped when Kyle Rittenhouse shot 3 child molesters, domestic abusers, and armed robbers in the streets.

France's riots will end in blood. There is no legislation or reform happy ending here. There is only stalling until somebody realizes this truth and something dramatic happens.

From what I'm guessing this feels like the shooting was the straw that broke the camel's back. I also wouldn't be surprised if Marseilles and Paris and many other french cities had pallets of bricks or left-wing NGOs help agitate things.

So far the french government has cracked down hard on the far right in 2020/2021 that the left wing french side has basically been given free reign. (People like generation identity were banned and other groups were arrested and etc...) Where the Floyd riots were stopped in cities like Ft worth, and many other major mid size and large us cities where the police were allowed control the goal of a color revolution is to have mass riots in every city so that the entire country can start panicking.
