The disturbing moment an alleged child rapist was found with six children in his car after being pulled over for drunk driving with his pants unbuttoned was captured in bodycam footage.

Jeremy Guthrie, 42, was stopped by New Mexico state police last year after he was seen swerving in and out of lanes in in Albuquerque, but what officers found was much darker than a DWI case.

Recently unearthed police cam video of the arrest shows a sloppy and slurring Guthrie claiming the six children in his vehicle are 'his friends.'

He is seen struggling to find his documents when he's pulled over at about 1am on July 5, 2022.

As he searches for his wallet, the officer points out it is on his lap.

'Sorry, just a little bit nervous,' Guthrie replies.

'So was I, with the way you're driving,' says the cop, before noticing the vehicle is packed with children.

'Who are these kids to you? the officer asks.

'This is my friend,' Guthrie says about the girl sitting in the passenger seat.

When he claims she is 18, the officer fires back; 'That girl is not 18, trust me, she don't look 18,' he tells Guthrie before asking him to exit the vehicle.

Once Guthrie exits his car, the officer points out the zipper of his jeans is undone.

Guthrie then continues to deny he has had anything to drink, and insists the kids 'are just his friends' when questioned.

An officer then goes to speak to the children as another cop performs sobriety tests on Guthrie.

Guthrie is then arrested for DWI, shortly before one of the kids' fathers shows up to pick him up.

He was charged with DWI, having an open container, and six counts of child abuse.

Following the arrest, a more complex situation emerged, and Guthrie was charged with with raping a 13-year-old girl and her twin sister for more than a year - and getting one of them pregnant.

Guthrie reportedly met the girls on social media and communicated with them through Snapchat and Instagram.

He is suspected of raping at least one other girl, as reported by the Albuquerque Journal.

The twins and four other teens were in the car when Guthrie was arrested. They were returned to their homes the night of Guthrie's arrest, before a woman called police to report that Guthrie had been raping her granddaughter.

The woman told police Guthrie impregnated the girl when she was 12 and she miscarried. She claimed to not have known about it until Guthrie's DWI arrest.

The twins' legal guardians reportedly said a man picked up the girls, took them to his house and gave them alcohol before his DWI arrest.

One of the sisters allegedly said Guthrie had been raping her regularly 'over a lengthy time span' and had told she and her twin sister he loved them and wanted to have a daughter with her.

She also reportedly told police Guthrie used methamphetamine and cocaine and owned several guns.

After Guthrie's arrest, the twins' grandmother claimed he was still contacting the girls behind bars.

Instagram messages shared with KRQE News 13 show someone claiming to be Guthrie asking one of the girls for money. In one message he claimed to be using a guard's phone.

Guthrie plead no content to is still waiting trial for allegedly raping one of the twins.

He remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Albuquerque.

Doesn't look like a pedophile. Is my nonce detector on the fritz?
Years ago, I worked on a large team doing stuff and one of my coworkers on that team screamed normal, ordinary, safe. He was well-spoken, well-dressed, professional and polite, right up to the day the cops came and took him off in handcuffs. Turns out he was an evil rat bastard pedophile who had been molesting his two young stepsons for years. Everyone was shocked. I carried an irrational sense of guilt for a long time afterwards because I thought I was a better-than-average judge of character and yet couldn't deduce that fucker working next to me was raping members of his own family.

Most evil rat bastards try hard not to look like what they are. Sometimes they're good at it. Sometimes, like that sick fuck horrorcow Cyrax, they're not.

Ann Rule wrote a book called The Stranger Beside Me about having known serial killer Ted Bundy while they were working at a crisis hotline together, and having refused to believe someone she had thought of as a kind of empathetic person would turn out to be what he was, despite mounting evidence.

Sounds like your guy was a high functioning sociopath.

Luckily most are low functioning like the Raxx.

Something still doesn't add up about how these kids were in his care getting raped for so long. Their family is probably full of shitbags
Unfortunately it is not that uncommon for drug addicts to sell their children out. If the mother is a junkie the whole story easily adds up. There are high profile cases of parents (usually single mothers) literally pimping out their children. All in all would not be surprised if we are going to see some more charges in this case.

Precisely why Ethan Ralph shouldn't be allowed to see his kids.
Interestingly it's almost always the mothers who sell/pimp out their daughters in these scenarios so it's actually Pantsu you'd have to keep an eye on. Ralph is more likely to kill his kids in a car crash because he passed out while driving due to booze/pills.

Real interesting how the term child rapist is in quotation marks
He hasn't been convicted yet so it's just a CYA in the event the charges were dropped. Not that it'd ever happen in a case like this but if it does happen, you could wind up in some serious legal hot water if you wrote a headline accusing someone of a crime they didn't actually commit.

Even when someone's been nailed with evidence seemingly proving their guilt beyond any doubt it's still a good idea. I wonder if someone could actually sue over that if the charges were nolled as part of a plea bargain vs. exoneration.

And just like that several new troons were made and added to the capable hands of CPS rip

Hopefully the government can do a slightly better job then giving the kids to another pedo
