You Know What Grinds My Gears? - Things that personally piss you off

It's his three ex-wives' fault for not accepting him for who he is! Yet he also sees a therapist and talks too much about supporting trannies. He also gloats about being a hedonist. It's beyond tiresome...
Why even get married if you're going to be a degenerate? Does that not go against the whole concept of marriage?

Thread Tax: Quitting caffeine, only when you attempt to do so, do you realize how much shit you drink has caffeine in it. But, I DO feel a lot better.

I don't get it either. According to him, he wants someone to validate him. On top of that, he's also a job hopper. He can't hold a marriage or a job, but also whines about how underappreciated and misunderstood he is. Yet he's a self-proclaimed hedonist that regularly sees a therapist. Of course.

I think I've complained about this before, but I don't remember: People who whine about being judged or lecture about judging others, yet these same people judge other people all the time. Their real problem is they hate it when anyone judges them back. It's okay when they do it, but how dare you call them out on it.

New bosses coming in and changing everything to make it feel like they're in charge now.
Especially when they fuck it up so badly it goes belly up in less than a year. I've seen this happen to two good grocery stores in the past few years, where some idiots took over and did dumb shit like cheap out on the meat section and offers (which were why people had been going there for 20+ years). Particularly, one replaced their previously excellent locally sourced ground beef with shitty foreign shit with water in it probably from 50 different cows from 30 countries.

This isn't just bad because it's fraud but it outright ruins the meat. Now you have to boil the water off just to brown it and by then it's overcooked Kengle level boiled hamburger. And now these two stores are dead and the buildings they were in are decaying shitholes that have been empty for years.

People obsessed with the inner workings and needless details of other countries' politics. It's not much of an issue when they are just following and occasionally tuning in. I'm talking about the people who actually get riled up by national laws that don't pertain to them.

This sounds pretty weird but I happen to not be an American. I live on the other side of the globe. But our news here has a tendency to be obsessed with all the fine details of the American elections and well, all things American.

The 2016 election was an absolute nightmare. Even here, families got into heated arguments about who the best candidate was and their politics and shit and I remember being like; "Assholes, we have no say in this. Just calm your titties and wait until the shit show is over."

I remember coming home one day and my family cornered me, badgering me about who I would vote for and I blurted out Clinton and they praised me for it while talking about the ways Trump was most likely to be assassinated.

I also blame our media's obsession with Trump specifically. And subsequently treating him like a punching bag by writing shit articles about how his own sister hates him or whatever - while sucking the penis of Biden and Clinton.

So when Roe v Wade happened, people were like "OMG. SO GROSS. SO DISGUSTING. ALSO TRUMP" even though I don't think it had anything to do with him. But more importantly, it pisses me off that people here get so riled up over it. You are not Americans. The laws do not pertain to you. Please, relax!

People not posting pics of what they bought in the "Most autistic thing you purchased lately-thread. If you bought it a flea market and you can't find pics of it online, then you're excused. Not saying people should dox themself, since the data in the pics you take yourself reveals your position.

But if you're going to be half-assed about it. You might as well not post at all.

People that are fanatical about pride, that keeps on pretending that gays are sooo discriminated against. In fucking Norway.
Read that one cunt the other day that meant BDSM is the same thing as love. I mean, yea. Having sex is a sign of love to (it can be). You don't see people having sex on the streets regardless, because that's the argument the fanatics use. Yes, a minority do actually dress in fetish wear in the parade (I saw on TV, that "bears" were wearing leather harnesses and cones on their pubic area to symbolise a bulge). It doesn't make it any less nasty. Just because a problem is small, doesn't mean it shouldn't be scrutinised and done something with. If we were to ignore all problems that were deemed "too small", the world would never go forward.

Not enough with that, she proposed the glorious example. With no sources, of course. That lesbians in Russia is getting denied the drivers license, so having pride in "good" countries will help to make their situation better.

It is very much the "companies don't do pride in the middle east" thing. Anyway, I have noticed that more people are complaining about pride this year, even though it was more calm.
Things are going in the right direction, people are going to revolt more about it.

Update: the new supervisor making changes before you go on vacation, and then coming back to find out the changes were reverted but nobody told you until the day was almost over.

Apparently she actually went to my department and found out first hand how disruptive the changes were, and she changed things back the next day. I might have to rethink my stance on her.

Holy fuck do I feel that one in my soul. Such a massive obsession with what yanks are doing with their politics while there's almost a complete disregard for our own. I swear during the Trump presidency, you'd hear more about Trump than our own head of state in the news.

To add to that one though, my gears become ground when people just don't accept that you don't care about other countries politics (especially America). You can almost see the wheels spinning and smoke coming out their ears if you ever dare say "I don't care, Americans can do whatever they want to do in their country. It doesn't affect me". Like such a possibility is inconceivable to them.

To add even more to this; Yanks expect you to have your entire worldview based on what goes on in the States. It's like you're not allowed to form your own thoughts and opinions if it's not beholden to Uncle Sam.

"Oh, you don't support BLM?"
No, I live in a country where people have bigger issues with Arabs. People don't give much of a shit about blacks here. I'm not gonna waste my time getting riled up for a group that focuses on shit happening in the US.
"WELL IN AMERICA, BLACKS ARE THE MOST OPPRESSED. SOMETHING SOMETHING GEORGE FLOYD"
Okay but what does that have to do with me? I really don't fucking care.
Or...
"Oh, you don't hate cops?"
No, because for the most part, they do their jobs and we don't have your race bullshittery.
"Okay but in America-"
Shut up. Shut the fuck up. I'm not gonna have my entire worldview based on what you eaglebongs do. Fuck off.

Sorry, Kiwi Americans. But some of your fellow countrymen truly live up to the stereotype of being ignorant motherfuckers who think it's gnomes and cavemen with single-digit IQs outside their own borders.

Some greasy 300+ pound neckbeard stopped me at Walmart and demanded to to see my receipt, no fuck off. I'm not going to waste my time breathing in your BO because you're too scared to profile niggers specifically who are doing 99% of the theft.
Not to defend niggers, but as someone who's actually worked at a Walmart, I can safely say that literally everyone steals from Walmart. From the usual suspects to white soccer moms with literal infants in-tow. Literally everyone.

The guy was just trying to do his job. Don't take it so personally.

Where do YOU live to where Walmart gets lifted? I've been to several, never seen anything get stolen.

Thread tax: too warm to cover up, too cold to take off clothing. Great.

That's because a lot of what people attempt to steal gets found by the cashier at checkout.

What usually happens is people try to be clever, and hide things in other items like lunch, or shoe boxes, and get caught by the cashier who then is supposed to calmly ask if the customer intends on purchasing said hidden item too. You're not supposed to accuse them of trying to steal even though they clearly are most of the time, or call for a manager, or security. If the customer says no, you're just supposed to let it go, and put the item to the side so it can be put back on the shelf if possible, and then proceed with the rest of the transaction.

I hate it when people insist they have lots of opinions on current events, but they also rarely or never watch the news. Worse yet, they know little to nothing about whatever current event or issue they're being opinionated about. I don't give a fuck what you think if you don't even know what you're talking about in the first place.
