In another universe, with a modicum of ambition, this kid would be college- and b-school-bound, primed for an at least moderately successful corporate career. His actual genetic condition aside, he is otherwise unlike so many of these genetic defectives we see on display: he has conventionally attractive looks, is athletically proportioned (without the hrt that has probably softened him up), and would probably have his pick of girls/women amongst his peers in school. Some discipline and focus, and he'd be set to get the benefit of the doubt in every situation. Being unusually tall would be notable but not a detriment.
Heck in a different alternative universe, he'd be very lean and muscular and walking runways in Europe for minor fashion houses.
Instead, in this universe, he's in the wacked-out swirl of self-obsession that is common to every single person featured in this thread, where he spends all day and night in a pointless fantasy world that just gets weirder and more absurd with every passing day, and squandering whatever potential assets he might possess for the sake of...utter retardation.
Appearance absolutely isn't everything, but it can absolutely be a net positive in life, all things considered. People like being around and to be led by pleasant-appearing people. Even if you're quiet, or awkward, or a little unusual, there's a natural gravitational effect. Instead of grabbing his gifts and using them to his advantage in a productive and satisfying life, he's just moping around, aimless, probably terminally online and getting more deeply depressed by the minute. As a parent, I know that kids will do as they will, but I have to think there was something lacking in his upbringing - someone didn't explain the broader world, didn't give him some life skills, didn't encourage substantive hobbies, didn't require him to think beyond the space between his genitals and the keyboard. He may be dumber than a post, for all I know, and even in an alternate universe might not be a conventionally oriented or successful person, but where sometimes you can see the escapist appeal of going trans to a person who is a physical misfit or who is visually off-putting, especially for the AGP types, that doesn't apply here, and it makes the choices that much more baffling.
