So, I'm editing his Wiki page and I'd like some clarification on his connection to the Obama Joker poster.
Does he claim to have created it (even though he provably didn't)? Was he the one who added the word "socialism" to it? The info in the OP doesn't really make it clear what exactly he's trying to claim his involvement with it was.

IIRC he claims he did create it in the first place, but I might have to double-check that.

He claims to be the creator of it, by adding “socialism” to the bottom, however, the original creator of “Joker Obama” was Firas Alkhateeb in January 2009.
After Eddie put “socialism” underneath, he fired off a DMCA to Alkhateeb and Flickr, which required Flickr to restructure their copyright policies.
I don’t believe anything came of it, but as far as I could tell, Firas Alkhateeb was a little confused as to why some random guy was telling him he wasn’t allowed to use his own image, however, is it really surprising that Eddie took something, tossed some text on it and then went after the original owner for copyright infringement?
EDIT - I forgot who mentioned it earlier (I think @FisterSister ), but it was also pointed out that he stole other artwork (the logo image for his “pornstarbrand of Beverly Hills” business,) from a guy off DeviantArt and then proceeded to tell the artist he wasn’t allowed to post “copyrighted material” and to "take it down, thx."

I think he actually commissioned it and didn't want the artist to have it up publicly, or that's what I took from it anyway.
I have no idea why he thinks he owns the copyright to something he didn't make though.

Meh! Not really a big deal anymore, but thanks!. He's done it so long and to so many people that it only reflects badly upon him now. The whole Internet knows of his insanity. He's done a fine job of ruining his own life online.
At this point, now that the statute of limitations is about up on his Criminal Harassment case, I am all done being Mr. Nice Guy, only posting my single blog with "just the facts of the case."
Ed wants to keep playing. He could have let it go. He could remove his trash and might be surprised that I take my blog down as well, but instead he wishes to perpetuate this retardation.It is the only kind of publicity the moron can get. So, Eddie claims to know for a fact that Donny Long has AIDS because he worked at AIM, right? Well, assuming that he's not bullshitting like with everything else he says (a stretch, I know), that could actually explain an awful lot.
It's been speculated that Donny and Eddie used to be friends, but had some kind of falling-out. Additionally, Donny's enemies have claimed that Donny got HIV, but tried to forge his test results. If Eddie worked at AIM and was friends with Donny, then that'd lend some credence to that story. Donny tests positive, and asks his friend Eddie to fake his test results. Eddie gets caught and fired from AIM. He's now mad at Donny for causing him to lose his job. Donny, being Donny, decides that Eddie is a "fag" who is "popping off at his faghole" and responds with his usual brand of raving lunacy.
Of course, this relies on the assumption that Eddie's telling an approximation of the truth. Which is very unlikely.

For the record, I have had most of Edward Bernard Przydzial's libelous blogs removed from the Internet. I had johnnyetyler.blogspot.com, kimlamarcahosford.blogspot.com, revvvyboi.blogspot.com, etc, etc, etc, taken down.
I DID however leave johnetyler.blogspot.com alone, even though it was an exact copy/paste of the other sites that I had removed and would have been just as easy to remove as those were being as they were obviously filled with harassment, libel, slander and copyright theft.
I left that site alone because in the next few weeks, right about the time the 7-year statute of limitations is up on Edward Przydzial's Criminal Harassment case, I am going in to file another suit against him so he can enjoy another 7 years. He had his chance. Now time is up.
This time I am adding Defamation of Character, Libel and Slander to the charges of Criminal Harassment and Stalking. I will update the Internet on this case as it unfolds.

Update:
This morning at around 8AM I got a call from the police in Methuen, MA. Keep in mind that I have not lived in Methuen, MA for over 10 years.
Here's how the conversation went...
Me: "Hello?"
Police: "Hello. May I speak with John Tyler please."
Me: "Speaking."
Police: Hello Mr. Tyler. I am (officer's name) calling you from the Methuen Police Department because I was contacted by someone named Edward Purz... Przyb...Ah, Purbodile..."
Me: "Przydzial? (Prizzdial?)"
Police: "Yes sir. Do you know this person?"
Me: Oh my God! Are you kidding me? I know OF this person, yes, but I have never spoken to him or contacted him. He is a stalker and harasser who has been bothering me for nearly 15 years. He has called my home and my former places of business and left threatening messages. He has posted my personal information online as well as the information of my father, my girlfriend and my friends. He has contacted my father and bothered him and his business. I sued him for Criminal Harassment back in 2009. A warrant was issued for his arrest."
Police: "Yes sir. I can see that here in the record I found while investigating this. So you sued HIM for Criminal Harassment in '09? He says you are harassing him. Like you stated, he also says this has been going on for almost 15 years. He said you posted some pictures of him online and have been 'harassing his name'."
Me: "I wrote a political article back in 2009 and he didn't like it so he latched on to me like a leach. I would challenge him to provide you with one single shred of evidence that I ever harassed him. I have never contacted him. I personally have in my possession multiple recordings of his voice from when he called my home and former places of business and threatened that he is close by. He alleged to the business that I was some kind of pedophile. He will not stop and is still at it right up to today."
Police: "I see that. Well he says he lives in... Hollywood, California?"
Me: "I do not know for sure where he lives... Wait a second... What number did you call me at. I have a few numbers that all ring to my cell phone."
Police: (Told me my personal cell phone number.)
Me: "Tell me you did not get that number from Edward Przydzial. That is an unlisted number."
Police: "No sir. I found your number on my own."
Me: "Well that's good. The only reason he contacted Methuen, MA police is because he surfs the web for info about me and that is the last address of mine he could find."
Police: "Yes sir. I can see here from the record that this has been going on for quite a while."
Me: "Yes it has. Listen... Simply Google his first and last name and that will tell you what you need to know. He is doing this same thing to a multitude of people. He calls them. He calls their work. He harasses their families and friends. Is there anything I can do to help you so we can end this stupidity once and for all? I have complaint numbers, docket numbers, etc."
Police: "Yes sir. I have that information in front of me, but if you would like to verify what I'm looking at, please give me the numbers you have as well as the investigating officer's name from that case. I am also going to contact (your city's) authorities about this and I will give you a call back."
Me: (Gave him matching numbers to what he was looking at.)
Police: "Ok Mr. Tyler. Thank you. My name is (officer's name) and my badge number is (officer's badge number). I am going to assign a complaint number to this conversation now and the number is (case number). I will call you back in the next few days."
Me: "Ok. Thank you for the call and I look forward to clearing this up once and for all."
So there you have it... Edward Przydzial is now harassing the police department of a city I have not lived in for over 10 years and now they are on to him and his antics. Przydzial obviously thinks he can do what I did and create a legal case against me but the difference is, I went to the police and to the court with real evidence... Voice evidence of threats and harassment. Written evidence of slander, libel and harassment and that is why my complaint was authorized by the court and a charge of Criminal Harassment was levied against him.
For the record (and I am sure everyone here knows this)... I obviously did not post those infamous photoshopped images of Przydzial in a "gay scene," but even if I did (again... I did not but you guys most likely know who did) that is not a criminal offense. Defending myself by posting the FACTS about the criminal case against Przydzial is also not a criminal offense. I have done NOTHING criminal.
So... I hope Edward Przydzial is planning to push this and is hoping to get a court case going because unlike him, should a case arise, I will most certainly show up, no matter where it is and I will bring my entire file with me and we'll let Przydzial explain himself to the court. He's already got some explaining to do to the police now that he has filed a frivolous complaint in the wrong city and they were able to pull the original records from 2009.
What do you suppose the law will do when they learn that I have never contacted him, but he has contacted me, my employers, my father, etc? What do you suppose will happen when Przydzial cannot show a single shred of proof that I ever harassed him or did anything other than post my side of the legal case?

The good news is that he saved me the trouble of starting a new police report and legal complaint. Methuen police started one for me. That was cool.
