I haven't seen any evidence to suggest any of this?

It just seems like he has a bad business sense and turned off a lot of potential buyers with the Froggy Fresh drama. I don't think anyone *stole* or skimmed from the event.
They "lost" $440,000 paying 22 "creators" $20,000 each, despite the fact that everyone was doing it for charity. Not to mention that he rented out a whole hotel for several days for himself and his friends. When he and his trashy wife were done spending, someone noticed there was none left for charity. No big deal, except it's illegal to sell goods and services (pay per view, tickets, merchandise, concessions, etc.) and claim that the proceeds go to charity if they don't.

Anus A and Anus B are idiots and there's no way they managed to avoid all of the following (from here):
496.415 Prohibited acts.—It is unlawful for any person in connection with the planning, conduct, or execution of any solicitation or charitable or sponsor sales promotion to:
(1) Operate in violation of, or fail to comply with, the requirements of ss. 496.401-496.424.
(2) Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information in a document that is filed with the department, provided to the public, or offered in response to a request or investigation by the department, the Department of Legal Affairs, or the state attorney.
(3) Make misrepresentations or misleading statements to the effect that any other person or organization sponsors or endorses such solicitation, approves of its purpose, or is connected therewith, when that person or organization has not given written consent to the use of its name.
(4) Represent that the contribution is for or on behalf of a charitable organization or sponsor or to use any emblem, device, or printed matter belonging to or associated with a charitable organization or sponsor, without first being authorized in writing to do so by the charitable organization or sponsor.
(5) Use a name, symbol, emblem, device, service mark, or statement so closely related or similar to that used by another charitable organization or sponsor that the use thereof would mislead the public.
(6) Falsely state that he or she is a member of or represents a charitable organization or sponsor, or falsely state or represent that he or she is a member of or represents the United States Air Force, United States Army, United States Coast Guard, United States Marine Corps, United States Navy, United States Space Force, National Guard, or a law enforcement or emergency service organization.
(7) Misrepresent or mislead anyone by any manner, means, practice, or device whatsoever to believe that the person or organization on whose behalf the solicitation or sale is being conducted is a charitable organization or sponsor, or that any of the proceeds of the solicitation or sale will be used for charitable or sponsor purposes, if that is not the fact.
(8)Represent that a charitable organization or sponsor will receive a fixed or estimated percentage of the gross revenue from a solicitation campaign greater than that identified in filings with the department pursuant to ss. 496.401-496.424, or that a charitable organization or sponsor will receive an actual or estimated dollar amount or percentage per unit of goods or services purchased or used in the charitable or sponsor sales promotion that is greater than that agreed to by the commercial co-venturer and the charitable organization or sponsor.
(9) Use or exploit the fact of registration or the filing of any report with any governmental agency so as to lead any person to believe that such registration in any manner constitutes an endorsement or approval by the state. However, use of the statement required in s. 496.411(3) or s. 496.412(1)(c) is not a prohibited use or exploitation.
(10) Make misrepresentations or misleading statements to the effect that the donation of a contribution or the display of any sticker, emblem, or insignia offered to contributors will entitle such other person to any special treatment by emergency service employees or law enforcement officers in the performance of their official duties.
(11) Solicit contributions from another person or organization while wearing the uniform of an emergency service employee or law enforcement officer, or while on duty as an emergency service employee or law enforcement officer, except where the solicitation is for an organization exempt from federal income tax under s. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or except when soliciting contributions to benefit an emergency service employee or law enforcement officer who has been injured in the line of duty or to benefit the family or dependents of an emergency service employee or law enforcement officer who has been killed in the line of duty.
(12) Solicit contributions on behalf of another person or organization using any statement that the failure to make a contribution shall result in a reduced level of law enforcement services being provided to the public or the person solicited.
(13) Employ in any solicitation any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud or to obtain a contribution by means of any deception, false pretense, misrepresentation, or false promise.
(14) Notify any other person by any means, as part of an advertising scheme or plan, that the other person has won a prize, received an award, or has been selected or is eligible to receive anything of value if the other person is required to purchase goods or services, pay any money to participate in, or submit to a promotion effort.
(15) Fail to provide complete and timely payment to a charitable organization or sponsor of the proceeds from a solicitation campaign or a charitable or sponsor sales promotion.
(16) Fail to apply contributions in a manner substantially consistent with the solicitation.
(17) Fail to identify his or her professional relationship to the person for whom the solicitation is being made.
(18)Fail to remit to a charitable organization or sponsor the disclosed guaranteed minimum percentage of gross receipts from contributions as required under s. 496.410(7)(c) or, if the solicitation involved the sale of goods, services, or tickets to a fundraising event, the percentage of the purchase price as agreed in the contract or agreement as required under this chapter.
(19) Commingle charitable contributions with noncharitable funds.

You need a $50k event space, have EventSpaceExperts ran by your friend Jeff liaise to rent it to you for 80k. Split the profits.
You need 20k worth of catering. Buy it from CateringExperts ran by your friend Bill who shrewdly negotiated the service for 50k. Split the profits.
You need to market your event. Pay 30k to your friend Joe to run three social media accounts for a month. Split the profits.

So on, so forth. In the end the charity lost money, and I am sure you're sad and distraught about it.
yeah this is how things go with a lot of charity-adjacent shit. "non profit" only means that there's no dividend being paid out to shareholders/investors, but there's still plenty of money being made by employees, consultants, contractors, business partners, etc, and those often turn out to be friends+family of the people running the show.

I checked Tom Grossi's 30 in 30 campaign, where he spent the entirety of June travelling through every city that hosts NFL teams, in an effort to gather as much money as possible for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. He gathered $300k in donations and will likely earn even more, thanks to the visibility he gained from appearing in Pat McAfee and Rich Eisen's shows. And he often raises money for charities involved in things he cares about, like pet shelters and veteran care centers. Overall, it's been a huge success and things only look better for the foreseeable future. Not bad for a guy whose entire schtick is to do one-man comedy skits about handegg fans, including himself.

For those who don't know: Tom Grossi is a Youtuber specialized in NFL content, with a special focus on his team, the Green Bay Packers. The guy looks and likely acts like the stereotypical soyboy in private - He is a History major, lives in NYC and is a hardcore vegan after all - but he never forces his beliefs unto anybody (at least not during his skits and live broadcasts, I don't follow social media) and I don't know a single person who has a bad thing to say about him and what he does. His brand of comedy is kinda bland, but his passion and commitment to his craft is visible and commendable, and he is definitely a blast when interacting with fans and casuals.

Compare all of this to iCuckz, who shat on his fanbase, has no idea how to grow and evolve as a brand, is so deeply worried about his image that he is seen as everything he didn't want to be and then some, and terribly mismanaged in every front what was supposed to be his finest hour as a person and entertainer.

In short, Tom Grossi controls his brand and is all the better for it. Idubbbz lets the brand control him, and he is now miserable, several grand poorer, and a joke to pretty much everyone who knows him, in the internet or otherwise.

How the fuck do you make that much loss on an event like this? I have put on some pretty big events and my budget never got big enough to lose that much even if no one showed up. This was just him paying people to be his friend.

Hopefully they haven't been doing anything dumb like comingling personal and business funds, they don't like when you do that with your LLC.
Imagine paying people 20k and they still don't want to hang out with you.

Seriously the dumbass should've just thrown a 100k party skimmed 10k, and then donated the 290k or 390k idfk I can't math right now.

Has the word trauma lost all meaning or can these LA idiots really not handle anything above a butterfly sneezing on them without having to cry to a therapist about it?
I got fucking trenchfoot a couple years ago while fixing frozen and split waterlines while on call and I kept fucking moving because that was what I signed up for. It's so fucking alien to me how these people misuse the word 'trauma'. If you get into a car crash then I'd agree it's traumatic. It's not a synonym for pain or intense discomfort that will pass. If I were still able to ask my dad about his chronic back injury that severely reduced his quality of life I doubt he would describe it as traumatic. Stoicism is a lost art.

Seriously how bad was this shit behind the scenes, the a-logs that are gonna take the time to audit these fags are kinda based. I want to see what went down in clear writing. Whether through court or a formal audit, Charity fraud is scum white collar crime so here's to hoping.

You're thinking of actual charities, which have a whole bunch of laws that regulate how they operate, soliciting actual charitable donations, which would be tax deductible. Exchanging money for a ticket or a pay-per-view isn't a donation, it's just selling something.

They're not running a charity and they're not soliciting donations. They're an LLC and they're selling tickets/PPVs to an event that they ran. They don't have to open their books, they don't have to make any financial disclosure statements like an actual charity, they're not subject to that section of the law, and at the end of the day they haven't done anything other than make a colossal business failure and let down a bunch of actual charities that would've stood to get the proceeds if the event had brought in the money they expected.

They could still stand to run afoul of laws about business fraud if they promised something and then didn't deliver it, but what they promised was to donate the proceeds to charity. And technically they did donate all of the proceeds - it's just that the proceeds were zero, because they fucked up and massively overestimated the amount of revenue that they'd have (and accordingly, overestimated how much they could afford to budget for expenses). They counted their chickens before they were hatched.

Good lord, when you make Keemstar like the moral high ground in this shitstorm. You fucked up badly. Thanks Ian, now I have to agree with Keem.
Keem is a dickhead, but he knows how to go in for a kill shot.

Harley is coping and seething because CC is the only reason he’s been relevant in years. If he doesn’t suck off Ian he loses relevance lol
It wasn't even Creator Clash that gave him relevance, it was Sam Hyde, and the fucker turned on Sam the first chance he got because he's a fucking weasel that will stab anyone in the back for clout. It's why people like Muscles Glasses told him to get fucked eventually.

When even Keemstar has a grounded and sane response, you know you fucked up. The cuck's video about him has literally no power over him now. Daniel Keem won, unironically.

Hennigan's brutal uppercut was a godsend. I had my doubts, but the chosen ones are still all the same.

More relevant than saying people pay for Sam's cumroad subscription. When there was an actual fighting event with ppvs, Sam banked on making more money from his fans paying for ppvs than the venue was offering upfront. He was wrong. Because Samheads don't pay for ppvs - because they didn't. Just like "the guy", who I might add is brilliant, said.

It very well follows that Anisa's husband embracing Sam would not translate into the event not being in the red. He'd be about tree fiddy less in the red.
Not that I'm doubting you, but do you have a link to where sam discussed this?

I’ve heard a lot of people say that if you’re going to donate to charity, find a way to donate to it directly. This shit must be why.

Mr. Jomha is live on Twitch, and will be live for the next 24 hours in order to payback the charities he never donated to. Also supposedly going to stream CC2 for parts of it.

(side note, but we are not paying you 250k to shave your greasy hobo mullet, let alone 100k to shave your pedostache.)
Does Mr. Jomha consider opening a coconut a challenge? Let alone one worth a thousand dollars?

Do you remember when some YouTubers were shaming people that wanted backsies after Chaddy Fresh was kicked out under the guise that "you were taking money away from charity"? Wonder where those people are now. I for one celebrate every time people are reminded that the fans are the ones handing the money and not these cuddled soy faced, over the hill wusses that prefer to piss charity money down the drain than accept including spergs the other side of the isle.

There's just so much that I wanted to say back when the cup of tea memes were fresh and couldn't because of my incapacity to sneed. And now that I can, I'm truly speechless. Please forgive the following bible.

Let's review.
You make a charity event that doesn't donate to charity, using third parties that almost guarantee a decent cut is going to your pockets anyway. You make a boxing event for boxing purists that can't attract any because you TOTALLY have to prove you can make what the Paul bros, KSI and DJ Killer Keemstar are already doing at a profit but better with has-beens, never-weres and some extras from a local theater production of The Fight Club. You fail at both so hard you start to dissociate for shits and giggles, that is without adding up the trail of tears you felt compelled to do. I think most people can agree that whatever novelty appeal the original CC had was fucking gone before we even knew the card for the sequel, the cuckening was just a bonus for maximum failure. Every attempt at organically integrating the love of your life in every venture results in the public hating her guts even more. Fans hating on their favourite's parasocial dipshit ain't new, but Anisa seems to have negative levels of charisma so lethal only people predispossed for 'forgiveness' gather around her. You know the type, those that excuse abhorrent behaviour from their own solely for optics reasons.

Most people here like to think of Anisa as some sort of mastermind of manipulation, myself included but I think the real answer is very simple. A weak willed man that only felt powerful for the span of 3 years fell head over heels for a woman that never developed a real personality and now he overcompensates for both. They truly fit the mold of the repented troll that moved to the green pastures of porn moustaches and rug-looking unisex shirts. At least the Kleins refuse to show fully their misery and act as Saturday Morning villains indulging in their vices. The Jomhas are like a wailing dog that rolls over their belly at the sight of threat, every little hardship has to be broadcasted to be pitied by their owners.

I'm left with a couple of questions.
Why did you have to go with boxing if you didn't enjoy it? I don't know about you, but I struggled to not think of some alternatives that wouldn't mean renting an NHL stadium for 10 hours. Someone ages ago mentioned a golf tournament, so I counteroffer a mini-golf tournament. No threat of the PGA suing you, an achievable skill threshold and could use fan engagement. Ping-pong? Kart racing? Poker? UNO? Fucking Hamster Roller Derby? Anything that doesn't involve bodily harm so you have a bigger pool of talent to draw from? If you were really so fixated on boxing, why not just support the local amateur scene and make the event around them? Y'know, how a boxing purist would do. You get very good doc material and likely you can boost some careers. But yeah, is about making a bunch of losers the wrong side of 30 feel better about themselves.

I would like to focus this bit now on the real owner of the thread.
Anisa, since you are the one that presumably had to talk with the charities for the event, did it ever occur to you to use your Only Fans income to support the Alzheimer's Society of Canada? You said you started OF to take care of your dad, so if I were you I would put that front and centre. That would be some good PR, but is also a little too late. Speaking about Mr. Jomha, did we ever confirmed he was muslim? Wouldn't be the first time a Maronite tries to pass of an Arabic name as halal credentials. So far I have mentioned a lot what I would have done differently so I would like to end it on that note. If I were to wake up tomorrow as an OF thot and someone said they would sub to me as punishment, I take my best selfie and caption it "try to not take a dive :christine:" instead of allowing my jannie mum to destroy the PR of my charity event.

With that all said I have only one thing left for the Jomhas, not the fine Canadian family, but the marriage that manages to turn everything into shit. Congratulations.

He's literally in the DSP stage of sitting in front of a camera for long streams begging for money and promising lame shit (like DSP wearing a vest) . When's he going to get TTS troll chargebacks?

Edit: Wigger what the fuck? 7k already.

Someone better archive this stream because there will be gold. He's watching the intro as I'm typing and is already saying as the intro is playing that he might need to walk away when his fight starts because he can't stand watching his fights.
