The only problem I can see Re: Nick & Alcohol Recovery is there's very little treatment that works in tandem for Narcissism/Sociopathic pathologies. Our jails are full to the brim with people who are a testament to this very fact. The rock bottom for such person(s) is indeed very far down compared to the average less insane person. Stubbornness can be overcome, but a personality/social disorder of that magnitude needs far more treatment than a mental readjustment. For example, I can't see a highly narcissistic individual taking the necessary drugs in the first place. It'd be too much of an indictment. On the other hand, a trans narcissist (redundant!) laps it up in drugs because it's reinforcing their internal mirror and drugs == validity! in our strange society as of current.
