So, we were all going off the assumption that Vordrak started that whole Evanescence thing because he saw forum members talking about drugs or swapping nudie selfies or w/e and flipped out like the autistic individual that he is. But that was when we didn't know him quite so well and given what we know now, common sense now dictate we amend that initial assessment into "he probs did it over some dumb salty slapfight with a teenage girl". And that assessment would be correct.

Oh my friend, you have vexatious litigants in the states. It is the technical designation often used for sov cits although it is actually considerably wider than that and includes anyone spamming frivilous or malicious suits.
That is the problem with doing what vordrack does, he now has a record of using the courts to get dubious and unenforceable defaults. This is typical of the vexatious litigant and will severely handicap him and likely end his wee hobby should he ever actually encounter a party willing to play ball.

The Bar Council doesn't seem too impressed with McKenzie Friends so there's probably a way. I'm sure complaints to whichever organisation a McKenzie Friend is registered with would have an impact (they seem to register with a volunteer organisation after completing their training).

One of the requirements for joining the law soc is to be 'of good character' if he does qualify ill be interested to hear how the society reacts to his behaviour with the random accusations of pedophilia and the stalking of a teen girl.

I think the totality of him using these tactics is probably more relevant to them. It's not an isolated incident related to the Evanescence years, he's continued a combination of yellow "journalism" and misusing the political and legal systems in order to try to intimidate people continually since then. Someone who did that as a lay person is unlikely to become an ethical legal practitioner and is very likely to bring the profession into disrepute.

Yeah, the Bar hates Mckenzie Friends because their competence can be genuinely dubious. You can get someone who's actually mildly read in the law and half decent or you can get someone like Samuel Collingwood Smith who seems to screech "PEDO!" at everyone seemingly at random.
Also the answer is "no" McKenzie Friends are not officially educated, they haven't passed a bar exam. They're self taught and you won't find them in anything bar trivial civil slap fights. (Divorce courts especially).
I could technically be a McKenzie friend because I do read and try and understand the law but that largely derives from the fact I'm a Politifag than a lawfag and had to learn a lot about NHS-based legislation and policy to help out my ailing grandmother.
If/when he passes the bar, he becomes an actual lawyer. But as Vit says, he has to be "of good character" which... we know he isn't.

As we've seen elsewhere though, he won't go after anyone if we get doxed, largely because if we indulge him in his fantasy we'll be able to rip every last part of him to shreds due to his past behavior. His entire character could be thrown into question just based on his past actions alone.
The biggest hole in his waterline would be the Evanescence Lawsuit to which he is still subjected to. Which we can cheerfully use against him. We can even go so far as to the fact he used parliamentary soverignty to get around it with baseless accusations and now we know he went after a girl who was under 18 at the time on the issue.
In short he'd try and sue one of us for defamation while we'd be able to absolutely trash his reuptation in open court by pointing to his very long history of his antics and behaviour.
