One of my favourite pieces of classical music is Strauss' "Blue Danube Waltz" (The Blue Danube) and that's a pretty slow tune if you ask me.

I'm familiar with it. It was pretty mediocre and underwhelming as a piece though there is nothing remarkably immediately offensive from the technical standpoint.

Throughout 2008 I was suffering from intense panic attacks before sleep, probably as a combination of all the abuse from years prior by peers. I decided to revisit pochonbo after 2 years hiatus and discovered it was the only thing that would calm me down, especially the more "goddy" Kim Jong-il and Kim Il-sung worship tracks. I have been using these to get off to sleep ever since.

You need the idea of rigid conformity and militarism, perhaps even religion, to calm yourself.

I suggest something. How about you try some real religious hymns or such instead of a cult of personality?
