They make exceptions for pooners. Even though it's technically an advantage for them because they inject specific amounts of T to keep their levels generally consistent, unlike a man who can have his T drop from like a bad night of sleep. This is why they even ban men who are on TRT. But we can't hurt pooners feelings and generally they still can't even compete on roids so no one actually cares.
