They might be doing it in a way which is not official for now due to the possibility of increased chortling and messing with Pat.
If they make arrangements with a mediator then it is not done through a court or any other body which would make it public record.

Of course, Fat's denials and whatnot count for shit either way.

I guess, but this one is just extremely gay. At least when dan would do it he would tease some big reveal on his podcast so there was something to look forward to, and even if it was a total nothingburger, people could tune in and make fun of dan and stuff.
