Dobson had neither male nor female friends growing up, so every man is a bully and every woman is put on a pedestral to be worhsipped. It's much like OPL with his attitude, though Dobson lacks the galpals.
Frankly, I'm not entirely convinced he even left the basement outside of School/Friday night McDonald's runs. This shit doesn't surprise me, but it does irritate me. Like he wants the attention, but give it to him and he blocks you like that.
The longer I watch Dobson, the more I get the feeling that he craves validation above all.
It's more because the original movies never got released there so there's no market plus their culture would take the entire premise a bit disrespectful to the dead (especially this iteration which has them destroying ghosts instead of capturing them).
With the way he keeps pleading for attention, he'll be validated all right. Not in the way he'd want to mind, but still.
Not that I have a problem that Dobson gets emotional and teary-eyed about something that happens in a show he likes.
Maybe it's not so much the "violence against women" angle that upset him so much and more the "people who slack too much will reap failure for it" thing?
But how many of those people he blocked you figure was women? Because I picture Dobbo as the "Equal opportunity hater." when it comes to opinions- Remember he managed to alienate Wu.
so next time a see a story involving a male child suffering i can say "andrew dobson is fine with this?"
When do think he's gonna go shoot up an all male school?
He can't even be bothered to draw. I doubt he'd manage to put the energy forth to get out of the house, get a gun, ect.

It might be a nice touch to always attach the tweet in question where he states all men deserve unconditional suffering.
