- Nick addressed the issue of "per se" defamation by saying that other jurisdictions don't apply it in the case of pedo. Nick also says the minnesota case law doesn't count because its old. Nick concluded his remarks on the subject by saying that "per se defamation" at this point in the case "just doesn't matter".
I am not a barrister, but *I* can tell that is a crock.
So many awkward moments tonight........
This was discussed at length on the thread days ago........ He cannot deny he reads the farms. The amount of topics he touched on tonight were literally responding to all that's been talked about here..........
One of the most obvious moments that made me think, "He's breaking........."
This one was BAAAAAAAAAAAAD. The facial expressions he makes before he says, "I love how people bring up my law school....."
CRINGE.............
I do not despise Nick for his law school's lack of prestige or academic achievement. His lack of effort in law school (seeing it as a hurdle rather than preparation for the profession) could be mocked, but what it more telling is his achievement and analysis skills demonstrated in his practice and commentary.
Nick has never been a good lawyer. His cases have been simple transactional or blunders. There are no cases he can brag about.
Nick would say 'I'm a small town lawyer. I never claimed to be the biggest practitioner woth experience, I am just using my law school learning to translate legal language to English'. Fair, but when you look at how much he despised law school and the kind of analysis he does, you realise he never got a form grasp on the fundamentals in the burdensome task of passing law school and never got bitchslapped in court to have him learn how it all actually works.
Highlights from the post-LOCALS show:
- He whinged about how he doesn't like getting up early and his body hates it for 5 minutes.
- He said he will try to upload rhe audio of his Direct examination shows as a separate podcast.
I doubt it will happen
- He will try to stream from Matsuri, but he doesn't know how it will work. He'd need a PC so he can see Rumble chat, and people might not want to be on stream.
It is not like HE is in charge of the YT corner. It is not like they had a WHOLE setup for streaming in YT corner last year that NO ONE USED except Mindset and Kurt once. It is not like people were trying to stream bomb Nick at EVERY other AM show.
- Nick's confirmed guest list is Critical Drinker, himself, Cecil, Nerdrotic, Christie Mayer, Legal Mindset, and Coomalot.
Christie among a bunch of weebs sound hilarious. It think Anna and the other women who came last year expected simpery and were creeped out by the fans in the flesh.
Vices, Aussie, Kurt, AttorneyTom, and other smaller streamers will be there for part of the show, maybe.
- Nick's Nashville venue is not looking good. He (his fan) will have to find another. It is not his fault that he doesn't have tickets up, he wants to get the venue locked in first.
- He bitched about his wedding reception not allowing liquor or dancing. he didn't mind though, but he kept talking about it. It was a bunch of dunking on the boomer religious people.
It was not ironic or funny. It was malicious.
- Nick is trying to get Darren Crowder (Steven's) father for an interview. He also joined the Cameo clone Shout-Out.
- Nick said that he is not sure who would best monetise his trial.
He mentioned this as a fact, unualified with an 'if this happens'.
- Nick mentioned the theory that he was getting videos deleted (mentioned here) was crazy. He said that people are irrational because they hate him so much and HAVE to have a reason (even fake ones) to be mad. He doesn't have anything to hide, but Monty does...

- He says Monty caters to low-IQ conspiracy nuts, and he has been told that he pulls these people in and has driven them to suicide. he doesn't KNOW for sure, but he has been TOLD that...
He is implying a lot, and he knows he is being watched.
- Josh got it wrong. He did NOT ignore him and is not mad about his tattoos. Josh has had worse critiques. He NEVER breaks up with people. If people hate him, they can stop talking to him, but he has no beef with anyone.
- He mentions all these big names he wants to have on his show.
But he hasn't put in the work to get them, that I have seen.
- Nick bitched against the YT-Rumvle split against. He'd rather do Rumble only. But YT has better monetesrion and superchat function
As documented in the thread, he is NOT getting superchats in an appreciable volume. This seems like a poor plan unless he gets a contract. I am not sure he can sustain his lifestyle on LOCALS and Rumble Rants
- He wants to do trials. But it is hard. He pivoted into wringing about how hard and stressful streaming is. He needs more vacations
- He ended his show thanking LOCALS supporters. He wants to do more on the platform. He addressed his lagging results on that front and said 'judge on what I do, not what I say'. People who support should do it because they like the show now as it is.
