Generally speaking, I think with defamation, you have to prove a "reasonable person" would be able to believe that Montegraph "probably always liked sucking little boy cocks" - probably, in this case, for his involvement with Little Piggie and the Umbrella Man, a movie nobody seems to know anything about.
It seems that the video has been available on the Internet Archive since 2020: https://archive.org/details/little-piggy-and-the-umbella-man.

The oldest extant source I could find for the claim that the "Umbrella Man" video was potentially real and featured a child came from a November 2016 blog post (archive link) from a guy who later posted something on one of his blogs that an organization known as "The Firm" wants to wipe his brain because he "knows more than most humans". He apparently believes that because a comment stating as such was allegedly posted to one of his blogs (more info in quoted posts).
It does appear that the oldest extant evidence of an accusation of the video potentially featuring a child is from this guy who fears brain wiping. The only extant evidence I can find that the video was being distributed by Montagraph past 2010 comes from the same guy. From what I can gather, the main controversy over the video was that some conspiracy theorists in the mid-2010s believed that the video contained a checkerboard pattern or something which was a winking reference to the Ramsey murder case in Colorado, suggestive of Monty's involvement in the crime, which is both insane and not something Rekieta brought up.
For instance, in footnote 7 of the reply filed by Randazza yesterday notes that 'others have characterized The Umbrella Man as a "snuff" film.' The link goes to some random obscure Wordpress blog and instead of describing it, I'll just screenshot part of its homepage:

insane_blog_screenshot.png
Actually, let me scroll down and screenshot a little more. Here's where the proprietor of this esteemed news outlet announces that because he "Knows More Than Most Humans", "The Firm", whatever that is, is going to "Erase [his] Brain" :

ramblings.png
One clarification: I now see there's an unlisted video from 2019 which I think was Monty reuploading the film and arguing with people in the comments; I'm guessing this was done because of the emerging rumors about the video featuring a child. Holmseth (the brain wipe fearer) is referenced in at least one comment.

Of course, since at one point Monty apparently tried to scrub the video off of anywhere it was uploaded online, these claims may have originated in places that ended up deleted (YouTube comment sections, for instance).

The fact that Spectre is a big enough retard to do that, and Nick is a big enough retard to not immediately question literally everything Nick was relayed is frightening
Also, FWIW, the way in which Spectre inserted himself into the lolsuit was that Monty threatened to sue him for defamation as well. This gave him an excuse to call Schneider and then pivot to discussing Rekieta's case.

Even Spectre managed to discover he was wrong and retracted his claim (clips in quoted post).
I love that Schneider is taking calls from the chad Spectre after ghosting the virgin Rekieta. Literally confesses to Spectre like a school girl.

Part 2: wherein Spectre apologies for saying that Montagraph has a felony conviction for soliciting a prostitute / underage minor. He claims this was a deep fake gay op and is sorry. He says Montagraph threatened him with a lawsuit. He called Schneider and told him to tard wrangle his client, but in a professional respectful way. The conversation was very "amicable".
As far as I know he was not sued.

Does that mean that @Spectre_06 is less of a retard than Rekieta?

I'm interested in the details, does he have a thread here yet?
It's all in the LawTube thread.

Summary of Nick's analysis of the ruling on his motion to dismiss. The portion on youtube anyway.

- Nick wussed out of responding to the arguments over Colorado's anti-SLAPP law. Poor Nick just isn't an expert in that area of law. In general, Nick isn't an expert in any area of law tonight in any part of the decision that went against him. What a coward.
- After spending a fortune on this motion, now Nick is thinking about the difficulties in collecting any potential anti-SLAPP verdict from Monty. It would be great to appeal and Nick in his own mind is certain to win an appeal, but gosh would it be financially good for him?
- Nick addressed the issue of "per se" defamation by saying that other jurisdictions don't apply it in the case of pedo. Nick also says the minnesota case law doesn't count because its old. Nick concluded his remarks on the subject by saying that "per se defamation" at this point in the case "just doesn't matter".
- Nick concludes that the judge has decided Monty is a full public figure because the words "public figure" are used.
- He doesn't like the discovery but had little to say about it or what he doesn't like.
- Nick then went over some of the claims Monty made about his content in a superficial way and then transitioned into garbage talk. He bitched about law school again. He also did a bunch of nonsense on his transformation since vacation.

In summary, he didn't do any analysis to speak of on youtube. I'm not sure he even understands the case or the judge's ruling on the motion. Or that he does understand and is just too stupid to come up with an even halfway good cope on how he is doing great. And deliberately avoiding addressing the anti-SLAPP portions of the decision is just cowardly.

It seems that the video has been available on the Internet Archive since 2020: https://archive.org/details/little-piggy-and-the-umbella-man.
One note about the film. There are multiple versions circulating with different lengths. There is just about no way to know what was released when or what the original film was.

So many awkward moments tonight........

This was discussed at length on the thread days ago........ He cannot deny he reads the farms. The amount of topics he touched on tonight were literally responding to all that's been talked about here..........

One of the most obvious moments that made me think, "He's breaking........."

This one was BAAAAAAAAAAAAD. The facial expressions he makes before he says, "I love how people bring up my law school....."

CRINGE.............

I know he's a popular lolcow but I just don't get it. I enjoyed the beefing with Ralph but that's because he was involved.
It's some boring+effeminate YouTube lawyer oversharing his weird sex life in-between sessions of talking about shit I can't imagine caring about.
Let me know when he decides to run off to South Africa or attacks an alog with an aluminum bat.

I don't think many people are watching his copestreams any more, but just clip channels of him seething and melting down. I also think most people paying attention to him were there on his way up and are just seeing where he ultimately crash lands.

As for the cringy coomer shit, I think most of us could have gone our entire lives never knowing what a Balldo is.

I was watching him regularly during Rittenhouse and so.
Then it just got worse and worse and worse and I decided to take a break when he was doing stupid nights with his friends that was just gossip talk and women being women leading to arguments amongst the guests and bland topics.

Vtuber weirdos are faggots, but Nick going on about it and trying to actively tear a rift between Pippa and her company is even more faggy.
This is what got my attention with Nick again, as I was thinking about taking a peek to see what he was up to this weird vtuber stuff happened. I expected him to just be quiet about it cause it wasn't something he was directly involved in, but NOPE.

One thing I will say is vtuber fans are certainly generous with money so alienating them as you really start to need money and his donations drying up is kinda funny. I feel like there may have been some overlap there, but I really can't say for sure unless someone in here was both and can testify for it. Most people I knew from watching him were grossed out and stopped for the same reasons I stopped watching.

I don't think "Lawyers", but youtubers or e-celebs.
Does anyone here have the clip of one of Nick's lawtube friends giving a passionate speech about NEVER TALKING ABOUT YOUR CASE, and then getting a superchat asking "what about Nick talking about his case?" and the guy getting visibly uncomfortable? It could be Sean Martin, but I'm not sure.
The only thing worse than a lawyer for a defendant is someone who thinks they're a lawyer. Them constantly questioning everything you do or bickering with how you're doing it has to drive you insane. I almost wonder if some of the motions filed by Nick's lawyer were done in an attempt to appease Nick knowing they wouldn't work.

I missed the Vtuber shit because Balldo just got so boring I forgot he existed for a few weeks.
Anyone give me a QR?
I know I know, spoonfeeding blah blah, I just cannot be bothered to go back through the 100 odd pages I missed.

Branca is basically an expert witness for use of force (self-defense) cases. Despite being someone who claims to believe in the 2nd he tends to side with the police real quickly since they tend to be his biggest clientele. That is when he's not bitchslapping twittertards (with below room tempature IQ in degrees C) with 400+ posts a day.

There's a thread for Andrew and other lawtubers here. Last I checked he got permanent residency in ladyboy land and fled worst Korea.

tl;dr Despite Andrew claiming to be being muh MGTOW, he owes a shit ton of debt, registered dem and lived in a really liberal city, runs around banging chicks (supposedly) in Asia because he's running from the debt collectors and probably couldn't score a decent American woman (while talking shit about women).
Still better than Kurt.

balldoman wanted anime rabbit on his show
anime rabbit had expressed interest in being on the show
for some reason anime rabbit does a show with coomalot
afterwards coomalot spills his spaghetti everywhere and posts a picture of some thot in his house with the caption "definitely not pippa"
angry anime rabbit fans chimp out
balldo man defends his degenerate friend coomalot talks a bunch of shit about the company that runs the anime rabbit
the anime rabbit basically says new number who dis and distances herself from balldo man
common balldoman w

He can't really. Minnesota doesn't have a SLAPP statute that gives you a right to appeal. So it would be an interlocutory appeal unlikely to be granted. Now it goes to discovery and trial.
I'm sure Randazza can fleece him out of a mountain of cash to come up with some sort of obscure, low chance of success legal argument. Nick needs to not cheap out and let Randazza do his thing. And drain all of Nick's bank accounts like his wife drains black cocks.

But there's simply no way Nick could ever meet his Locals exclusive stream obligations if he peeled them off of his night shows because we've all witnessed how he disappears down a blackhole for the remaindee of the week doing whatever occupies the rest of his waking hours.
Cuckoldry and substance abuse.

Damn why did the VTuber fans get so pissed off?
Was Coomalot insinuating he fucked the Yabbit? He should have know that would set those weird fucks off they're possessive as fuck over their creepy lolishit idols.
Hold up isn't the anime rabbit the one whose teeth are all loose in her gums because she refuses to brush them?
Didn't we have a facedown on her?
And thanks, any idea how far back in the thread I have to go to find this shit?

Nick going on a tear on twitter

OH SNAP! That's not Nick! That's the other internet lawyer doing Nick jokes! My mistake.

I was mindlessly scrolling and did a double take when I first saw. I thought, as you can see by the retweet, why in the absolute hell is Moviebob retweeting Nick doing a lame fat joke? Then reality crashed in on me. Is it more damning of me or Nick that I thought this shitty fat joke was from him?

before that, he was the main cheerleader for the vic mignogna defamation lawsuit that failed spectacularly. its was an embarassing saga and a foreshadowing of this moment now.

I am not a barrister, but *I* can tell that is a crock.

I do not despise Nick for his law school's lack of prestige or academic achievement. His lack of effort in law school (seeing it as a hurdle rather than preparation for the profession) could be mocked, but what it more telling is his achievement and analysis skills demonstrated in his practice and commentary.

Nick has never been a good lawyer. His cases have been simple transactional or blunders. There are no cases he can brag about.

Nick would say 'I'm a small town lawyer. I never claimed to be the biggest practitioner woth experience, I am just using my law school learning to translate legal language to English'. Fair, but when you look at how much he despised law school and the kind of analysis he does, you realise he never got a form grasp on the fundamentals in the burdensome task of passing law school and never got bitchslapped in court to have him learn how it all actually works.

Highlights from the post-LOCALS show:

- He whinged about how he doesn't like getting up early and his body hates it for 5 minutes.

- He said he will try to upload rhe audio of his Direct examination shows as a separate podcast.

I doubt it will happen

- He will try to stream from Matsuri, but he doesn't know how it will work. He'd need a PC so he can see Rumble chat, and people might not want to be on stream.

It is not like HE is in charge of the YT corner. It is not like they had a WHOLE setup for streaming in YT corner last year that NO ONE USED except Mindset and Kurt once. It is not like people were trying to stream bomb Nick at EVERY other AM show.

- Nick's confirmed guest list is Critical Drinker, himself, Cecil, Nerdrotic, Christie Mayer, Legal Mindset, and Coomalot.

Christie among a bunch of weebs sound hilarious. It think Anna and the other women who came last year expected simpery and were creeped out by the fans in the flesh.

Vices, Aussie, Kurt, AttorneyTom, and other smaller streamers will be there for part of the show, maybe.

- Nick's Nashville venue is not looking good. He (his fan) will have to find another. It is not his fault that he doesn't have tickets up, he wants to get the venue locked in first.

- He bitched about his wedding reception not allowing liquor or dancing. he didn't mind though, but he kept talking about it. It was a bunch of dunking on the boomer religious people.

It was not ironic or funny. It was malicious.

- Nick is trying to get Darren Crowder (Steven's) father for an interview. He also joined the Cameo clone Shout-Out.

- Nick said that he is not sure who would best monetise his trial.

He mentioned this as a fact, unualified with an 'if this happens'.

- Nick mentioned the theory that he was getting videos deleted (mentioned here) was crazy. He said that people are irrational because they hate him so much and HAVE to have a reason (even fake ones) to be mad. He doesn't have anything to hide, but Monty does...

Good quote: 'It comes from a place where a lot of people hate me'

He doesn't read the Farms. We are also Voldemort.

- He says Monty caters to low-IQ conspiracy nuts, and he has been told that he pulls these people in and has driven them to suicide. he doesn't KNOW for sure, but he has been TOLD that...

He is implying a lot, and he knows he is being watched.

- Josh got it wrong. He did NOT ignore him and is not mad about his tattoos. Josh has had worse critiques. He NEVER breaks up with people. If people hate him, they can stop talking to him, but he has no beef with anyone.

- He mentions all these big names he wants to have on his show.

But he hasn't put in the work to get them, that I have seen.

- Nick bitched against the YT-Rumvle split against. He'd rather do Rumble only. But YT has better monetesrion and superchat function

As documented in the thread, he is NOT getting superchats in an appreciable volume. This seems like a poor plan unless he gets a contract. I am not sure he can sustain his lifestyle on LOCALS and Rumble Rants

- He wants to do trials. But it is hard. He pivoted into wringing about how hard and stressful streaming is. He needs more vacations

- He ended his show thanking LOCALS supporters. He wants to do more on the platform. He addressed his lagging results on that front and said 'judge on what I do, not what I say'. People who support should do it because they like the show now as it is.

We do, Nick.

Damn why did the VTuber fans get so pissed off?
Initially for the usual reasons of them being possessive and protective of the rabbit. There were fears that the management company would get rid of her by believing Camelot's "joke". But Camelot and Nick threw gas on the fire by calling her fans perverted weirdos and in effect pedos.
Nick and Camelot adopted this weird, cynical stance where they were acting as the Rabbit's supposed "true" friends. They were attacking both her management company for "exploiting" her and her fans for being weirdos. At the same time they were creating all kinds of trouble for her business, they were giving off a public face of being her friends.
The rabbit disengaged from anything to do with them as quickly as possible, but Nick and Camelot went on and on about the whole thing for days.
It was either an attempt at clout chasing by Nick & Camelot. Or some sort of weird semi-stalking sort of thing by Nick. Or just an attempt to mess with her business because they could. Or Nick got angry that the Rabbit's management company didn't allow her to go on his show and was going after her in retaliation.
