what's the lore?
There isn't much really. Nick has just nonstop talked shit about him since the suit started. I suspect he has a local reputation but we don't really know that for a fact. It is known that this judge has had a run-in with him in the past and he talked shit to her, too. So he isn't really big on the whole "not shitting where you eat" philosophy.

what's the lore?
Nick faced the guy in a case some years back, and supposedly the guy dislikes Nick because he came into his office to discuss the case, unannounced, in shorts. Later, before Randazza was officially hired in the Monty suit, Nick tried to talk to Schneider directly, when Nick was at the time representing himself (and also Rekieta Law LLC, currently defunct). Schneider refused. This was around the holidays, which was certainly Nick's excuse.

Nick has called Schneider a bunch of names and questioned his character, on streams, including pondering if Schneider is doing the work for Monty either for free or for a piece of the action after. In response to being called a liar by Nick, Schneider filed an ethics complaint with the Minnesota bar. That's still pending, as far as we know. Nick tried to cry about that in the case with Monty, and the judge was basically, "Whatever."

He should ask him if our wife ever pegs him.
No. He should save that for Kayla's deposition.
what's the lore?
Schneider either took over a client from Nick or was opposing council on a case against Nick. Apparently he wasn't impressed with Nick's professionalism. There's also something about Nick showing up at Schneider's office in shorts to attempt to informally handle some matter. That rubbed Schneider the wrong way IIRC.

As AnOminous said. Nick also has history with the judge. He said he told her off because he didn't like what she said when she ruled against his client.

I haven't been following super closely, so if I'm mistaken someone correct me. I remember while Nick was trying to get an extension for his initial answer and prior to Randazza making an appearance, oppo counsel supposedly wasn't responding to Nick's calls, emails, or visits to his office. Oppo counsel then sought default. Nick then got angry on a Locals stream about it, called oppo counsel an absolute cunt and has generally poked fun at him. Oppo counsel then filed an ethics complaint against Nick.

Nick has said in the clips I've seen from Locals shit that he's sure that oppo counsel has it out for him or doesn't seem to like him at all based off prior interactions as well before the suit,

Generally speaking, I think with defamation, you have to prove a "reasonable person" would be able to believe that Montegraph "probably always liked sucking little boy cocks" - probably, in this case, for his involvement with Little Piggie and the Umbrella Man, a movie nobody seems to know anything about.

There are multiple torts. Defamation is per se, but the others are not and need proof of damage.
Just a point of clarification but Nick said more than just "probably always liked sucking little boy cocks". He also straight up called him a child molester, and straight up called him a pedophile, among other things. It sounds pedantic but it's the type of pedantry that could have a significant impact on how a jury might view things.

"Probably always liked sucking little boy cocks" is bad enough, but arguable. Throwing in the other statements takes a good chunk of credibility away from the "lol I was kidding" defense.

EDIT: I believe he even said at one point that law enforcement has evidence that he is in fact a pedophile. I vaguely remember that and see people repeat it from time to time but I'd have to search for the clip.

That's what I never understood about Nick, why does he decide to pick fights with the judge in trials he's involved with? Whether it's Vic's case or even the case of people he likes, it's probably a bad idea to say "I'm on this guy's side, and the judge in the case is a faggot L-Oh-L!"

Did he say his kids have downs? That's essentially what rage pig said that was one of the final straws for Nick. That and calling Nick a cuck
I believe he said Schneider was retarded or something to that effect, and Schneider has a mentally disabled family member. It is presumed that Nick knew this.

But despite not having hired Randazza yet, he had publicly stated he either had or was going to. It's a pretty basic ethical rule you don't contact represented parties directly, so it was entirely proper to refuse to talk to him.

Nick stated iirc after the ethics complaint was filed that he already had Randazza hired at the point of the visit to the office at least, but that he just hadn't filed for pro hac vice. Either way realistically Schneider should've responded to the first email stating that he wouldn't communicate with Nick as Nick has indicated he had hired Randazza and didn't want to run afoul of MRPC 4.2. I can understand his hesitancy to do so, but that would've been the best course of action

The legendary Spectre supposedly contacted Monty's attorney personally and had a long conversation where supposedly the attorney spilled his guys to Spectre. He talked about the case. He talked about Nick. And on and on.

Spectre then reported back all the information to Nick. Nick believed every word of it. Nick attempted to introduce Spectre to his own attorney to share all this information and Nick's attorney told them to get lost.

Everything Nick thinks he knows about this guy's motives was filtered through Spectre. Nick trusts Spectre. But I sure would not.

Hi Nick. I know you are reading this because you are a narcissistic faggot.

I just want you to know I'm glad you got a judge who hates your guts, and God willing soon you'll be buying Monty a new car.

Have a nice day you lolcow cuck

The fact that Spectre is a big enough retard to do that, and Nick is a big enough retard to not immediately question literally everything Nick was relayed is frightening

You'd think he's be better at wrangling Nick then. Unless he's not all that close with said family member.

Nick also seemed to have no clue about the ethical implications of the whole thing. Of what it would look like to be taking in that information about an attorney on the other side of your case. Never wondering how Spectre represented himself in that conversation. Never asking why someone would share all this information over the phone with a total stranger.

But Randazza sure did.

Spent 19 minutes and 29 seconds of my life watching Little Piggy and the Umbrella Man by Montegraph.

Man in a black and white checkered mask verbally abuses a prostitute who is wearing a pig mask in a shed and kisses her once through the mask. Man allows her to write a letter to anyone she wants and tell them where she thinks she is. Man briefly opens and closes a black and white umbrella in an attempt to simulate the sounds of a sexual encounter while taunting her. The woman is shot, though it is not depicted (no gun or blood, just a cut to black and a gunshot).

The letter written by the prostitute is found by the intended recipient, the letter is read in the woman's voice, and the recipient is revealed to be the man in the mask who killed her. The letter reveals the man's motive (punishing her for becoming a prostitute).

No children present, no one depicted as a child, no nudity, no gore, no blood. Just a heavily-improvised attempt at a horror movie and lots of yelling at a prostitute in a silly voice. Not my thing, but I have a feeling David Lynch would dig it.

There is another slightly longer version which has a Kennedy Assassination-related wrapper around it starring Monty which is even more David Lynch.

Add another point to the hypocrisy. Same exact logic he railed against when Vic started getting longer lines and more fan support after he was defamed.
The hypocrisy is what is so disgusting.
I'm pretty sure most of them do both at least to an extent potentially criminal still does stuff, legal vices has a maritime law job, the lawyer you know practices with his dad, DUI Guy, Runkle, etc they may have scaled their practices back somewhat to have time to do both, but all of them are better lawyers than balldo man regardless.
Look at AttorneyTom. Growing his practice, hiring more lawyers, adding a second channel and studio.
I haven't watched since last year, he's seriously been continuing with the pedo claims? Lol, Monty just needs to find one example of him being too straightforward in calling him one and boom, with the judge.
Look at the Clip This B*tch channel clip from 2 - 3 pages back. It does not get more direct than thsat.
Honestly to a third party like me this whole lawsuit deal feels like somebody purposely playing with fire so they can get attention in the burn ward.
Nick attacks Monty for no reason(at least none that I am aware of). Monty is someone who is known as litigious. You can take this one of two ways Nick is a retard and attacks people for the shiggles. Nick is a bigger retard and wanted to get sued so he can have his victim complex.
Monty most likely gave room for an apology before proceeding with the lawsuit. And the initial statement was just some off hand drunk ramble on stream and retracting and apologizing for it initially would likely get memory holed so fast he would lost no credibility in the punch yourself in the balls community to show how tough you are.
Nick then doubles down and hires some big dick freezed peaches lawyer. And to add the cherry on top he makes a fundraiser and goes on a propaganda push about how this is a free speech issue.
Now there are many ways to look at it like focusing on the hypocrisy. But I'm stuck to how Nick reacted when the troons started filing bar complaints against him and he decided to full retard and publish the full names and addresses, which in no way could be construed as intimidation. And when bar said he's an idiot he started kicking up a storm about free speech. He once again did something without thinking and then when faced with consequences he doubled down and made shit much worse for himself.
Nick is a lolcow because he suffers from that which all lolcows do. They think themselves the center of the universe, act like it and when they face push back they cry, shit their pants and try to do the same thing again but worse.

Because he's an arrogant prick.
The Rittenhouse and Depp trial and the money he brought in went to his head.
He thought he was a big shot.
He thought he was untouchable.
Remember that highlight from the LOCALS stream where he thinks that grading at paid universities will go away? He said is was a GOOD thing, because if you pay a lot of money for something (e.g. a Harvard degree), why would you want to do that if you get a lesser grade and less worth in a degree?

He implies that money should be the only factor and people should not get an advantage for working harder than other people. He also implies that the laziest person who deserves 'D' grades should get the same outcome as a dedicated 'A' student. This undermines the whole idea of merit based scholarships that would go away with formal grading, making it a pay-to-play game.

Sounds like some lazy communist elitist shite. We know he goofed off in uni with a worthless degree in English. We also suspect that he has always been a rich and coddled child (now ascended to man-child). These statements make it clear that he thinks like a heedless noveau riche person--throw enough money at it, and you can make the problem go away. Buy the most expensive things because they are the best, obviously!

Nick never had 'fuck you money'; he just thought he did. He is quickly finding out how he fucked around.

what's the lore?
All the others have explained most of it, and the only part I can recall that has not been recounted is the story he told of their first meeting.

Nick was fresh out of law school and looking for a job. He went into Schneider's office, seeing if they were taking on lawyers. They said they were not, but they talked with him for a few (3?) hours or more and eventually offered to let him set up an office in their basement or small annex. All he would have to pay is electricity and internet. They also offered to help him out occasionally if he had questions as a new lawyer.

Allegedly, when he called back within a week, everyone in the office had amnesia about it. He thought it was weird, but let it go. It did not bother him.

A little while later he had a case against them, and supposedly demolished their council in court. Total annihilation. Afterwards, he had to go to their office for paperwork, and he dropped a large turn in their washroom that 'tore it up. Absolutely demolished it' then left.

He told this story on a Friday stream or LOCALS stream of total scatological pwnage.

I am not joking or exaggerating.
