His goals are so funny. I've got the best part of a foot on the guy, I weigh about about 180lb, still have a bit of a guy, but that's with regular exercise so it's not all flab.

As his height, with his completely atrophied muscles, he's going to look completely fucking ridiculous at any weight - but he needs to get to probably 70kg to stop looking like an obese freak of nature... But then he'll just look like a skinny fat ghost cosplay, he needs to go to the gym and build some actual muscle if he is going to stop looking like a freak. It'll never happen, esp when he's back on the substances.

They get a couple of shades darker, yeah. It's because babies can barely see when born and need that contrast to find the nipple to nurse. But a woman who starts out with pink nipples doesn't suddenly have dark brown nipples like that because of pregnancy. Pink nipples turn a darker shade of red. Hers were already brown before pregnancy, tho probably a lighter shade.

Ralph, not only will that not help you loose weight (the response from you body being denied fuel will be to panic and kick into overdrive to try to store more energy, so you will wind up being even hungrier and consuming even more calories when you stop fasting), but when you combine that with your obvious drug use and the heat you get down in Mexico, it's downright dangerous.
