I dont know how things work in his state but couldnt nick have papered the judge asking for a different one?- The judge in the case is the judge in his current case.

It's always been my understanding that the chance to make the "Colorado argument "was the reason why Randazza even took Rekieta's case. The idea was that Randazza was going to perform a legal coup by grafting Colorado's anti-SLAPP onto Minnesota's jurisprudence.
Dunford more or less calls this. About the only thing I disagree with is that the case is actually frivolous, at least with regard to the more specific allegations of illegal conduct. I think this comes in somewhere in the territory of Elon Musk's "pedo guy" lawsuit, i.e. not a terribly strong case but probably presents a colorable claim.Hey Clip This Too (in place of Hey Clip This since the channel got a harassment strike, out till next week) and Elissa Clips.
Made it a spoiler since a bunch came down today...
Yes but if you shoot at the king/queen you'd better hit.I dont know how things work in his state but couldnt nick have papered the judge asking for a different one?
I might effort post if Tor is up and collect the clips from around January and April. I think that’s when he talked about Schneider. You got facts wrong on most if Schneider and twisted with his case before this judge.
Look at the recent responses to Null for out of order facts--at least how Nick gave them across multiple tellings.
Whoever is behind the Clip This channels has some editing skills. I would love to see them do a concise timeline.
Nick clearly only cares about free speech and harming businesses when it is in his brand's best interest (all while while playing victim to his own tactics).Yup! Pippa is creepy and weird, and her fans are even creepier and weirder. But Nick and Coom were being malicious, disingenuous retards because they were spurned by a creepy weirdo anime rabbit. Also, Nick's a hypocrite (as usual) because he was actively going out of his way to fuck with Pippa's business when that was his number one complaint against us and why he felt justified in spreading outright lies about us, as well as justifying the suppression of our free speech by troons. The fact that he kept bringing it up over and over again way after Pippa started ignoring him is the cherry on top.
Actual bias or prejudice is cause to ask for a new Judge in Minnesota, yes.I dont know how things work in his state but couldnt nick have papered the judge asking for a different one?
For now. I'm curious to see if Randazza loses interest as the well runs dry. That crowdfunding campaign of Nick's ain't exactly a stellar success. I'll guess we'll wait and see.And the best part for Randazza is that Nick is paying all the bills for Randazza's law nerding.
Moreover, I would think that the Chief Judge (if it ever got that high, see link above) would presume that Judge Fischer is professional enough to rise above whatever Nick said in the elevator. Judicial officers tend to get the presumption of impartiality absent compelling evidence to the contrary.Yes but if you shoot at the king/queen you'd better hit.
Spent 19 minutes and 29 seconds of my life watching Little Piggy and the Umbrella Man by Montegraph.
The common narrative is that Nick announced a secret-and-much-speculated "worst day of his life" event in Spring 2022 after his financial success from the Johnny Depp trial had just concluded.
Lots of speculation whether it was a revelation of his wife's infidelity, a personal medical diagnosis, being formally excommunicated from his family's oil money trust, etc.
But whatever it was, Nick announced he no longer gave a fuck/cared what others that controlled him for decades thought and jumped straight into daily degeneracy.

It has shown up in legal paperwork before, although I don't think anyone has actually tried to argue it. In footnote 1 of page 3:I want to live long enough to see the "in minecraft" pleading actually spelled out in a legal argument.
https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/20685237/govuscourtsdcd228300450pdf.pdf (archive.org)Minecraft is a video game. Based on information provided by the FBI, the government understands that it is common for persons discussing criminal activity online to refer to such activity as occurring “in Minecraft” to conceal the true nature of the activity.
You don't get to act like an asshole and then claim this is evidence of the judge being biased. Smarter people have tried the "shit-talk the judge then call them mad and try to recuse them" trick than Nick. It requires the judge actually to do something to indicate bias, and no, just ruling against you doesn't count.Basically, I am at a loss as to how you write such a motion without admitting to the court you are an asshole with a propensity towards shit-talking. Any replacement judge is gonna have access to the motion as well.
The Pat the Pedo case had it's last run up to the Minnesota Court of Appeals in 2007. Longbehn v. Schoenrock, 727 N.W.2d 153 (Minn. Ct. App. 2007). That, in the legal world, isn't old by any stretch of the imagination. Also, it's still precedential and the District Court can't, or shouldn't at least, just disregard it since there is nothing, at least to my knowledge, to indicate that these types of claims are being looked at as not defamation per se by the Court of Appeals or the MN SCNick addressed the issue of "per se" defamation by saying that other jurisdictions don't apply it in the case of pedo. Nick also says the minnesota case law doesn't count because its old.
Yes! But he would have had to be quick. A party has ten days from notice of the judge assignment to exercise a free strike. https://www.revisor.mn.gov/court_rules/cp/id/63/#63.03I dont know how things work in his state but couldnt nick have papered the judge asking for a different one?
His wife seems to be on board with all his coom brained antics, attending the swinger resort Hedonism II with him at least once (likely twice) and following the same two buff black male workers from there on social media like Nick did.Wow.... I didn't think he would become that fucked up with sexual stuff...
I hate to ask but what happened to his kids and wife?
Thank you we call it something else in my state.Yes! But he would have had to be quick. A party has ten days from notice of the judge assignment to exercise a free strike. https://www.revisor.mn.gov/court_rules/cp/id/63/#63.03
If Nick had a problem with the judge, he could have struck her.
He's just coping and seething and dilating (with a balldo).
That county only has three judges. We don't know if he's pissed off the other two as well.Thank you we call it something else in my state.
I would say nick should have seen who it was assigned to and out of caution because of his trial in front of her and his running his mouth on stream about her done the strike thing

If he has appeared in front of them he has pissed them off. That county only has three judges. We don't know if he's pissed off the other two as well.
I assume you have to show cause later, including why you didn't strike right out of the gate. I generally approve of such strikes early on, as it doesn't force a litigant to have to basically call the judge a crook to disqualify them. It's called "appearance of impropriety" but the definition certainly seems to require actual misconduct even if not actual corruption.Yes! But he would have had to be quick.
