I actually spent a considerable amount of time troubleshooting the original Lolcow LLC post.

The media originally wouldn't embed properly from YT because I'm assuming it was fucky with Kurt still being live.

Then I had to guess at timestamps because the stream was still live and I spent considerable time finding the original quote.

Then when once the stream ended, I updated the post with a more exact timestamp, but it wouldn't display properly in Tor despite working just fine when imported to Brave.

Even now on testing, Tor won't recognize my timestamp while copying to Brave works just fine.

The named defendant in that case also admitted that he had a quid-pro-quo arrangement with Spectre whereby, if Spectre's motion for dismissal was granted, Spectre would be paid in clout. Which is to say that Spectre would be able to brag about his legal acumen and dunk on the Plaintiff and his (actual) attorneys. (Spoiler: The judge subsequently denied the motion for early dismissal that Spectre wrote).

Somewhat similarly, the reason we know that Spectre was the other participant in the "Schneider affair" is not because Nick or Schneider have said so, but because Spectre was over on his own channel mouthing off about it. He does Nick no favors in bragging about this and outing himself, because most people have figured out by now that Spectre is a pathological liar. Meanwhile, Nick has always said that one of his mods solicited info from Schneider. Not mentioning Spectre by name. If this whole thing didn't involve Spectre, I think people might actually grant greater credence to this alleged phone call. And I think Nick is aware of that fact.

At 13:05 of the video Nick says something that caught my attention immediately. He's talking about how he and Drex had grown apart and says that while Drex "was in the lifestyle, I was raising a family". For those who don't know, "the lifestyle" is a euphemism for "swinging" that is so well known it is barely a euphemism at this point.

About a minute later, he talks about how his reaction to hearing Drex's stories: "So it was like, wait, so this progressed into you actually, like, engaging in these weird swinger parties and stuff?"

Is this the first confirmation from Nick or Drex that the latter was involved in the swinging subculture? As far as I know (I haven't watched a lot of the relevant streams), he likes to presents his stories and "lessons" as being about women in general - "let me tell you something about these girls" or whatever - but it would kind of make more sense if he is basically selecting for slatterns by moving in very certain subcultures.

Like, I get that the Friday degen streams are usually a mess, but it's also literally Nick's job. Why does he have to drop everything to drive his kids somewhere in the middle of streaming? Why did he get stopped for speeding before 7 in the morning driving his kid somewhere when he was streaming until 3:30?

What is his wife doing where she can't do any of this driving?

I don't know much about Schneider, but I know that if Spectre says the sky is blue, you open up a window and check that shit.

Solutions:

1. Have Randazza make the call.

What you don't do is sign off, or have the appearance of signing off, on Spectre's (or probably anybody other than Randazza, for that matter) contacting Schneider. I can not emphasize enough that Spectre's involvement will automatically make a lot of people think that Rekieta's ire may be misplaced, and the phone call either didn't happen at all, or didn't happen in the way he related to Nick.

My point here is that I think if Randazza contacted Schneider, and related information to Nick, who then shared said information with the world, we'd be looking at an entirely different situation here.

As it stands now, I'm not convinced the phone call even happened. Such is Brigadier Admiral Fahey.
