You can divide the psychos into two main groups: one who grew up in terrible circumstances, have no self control and are of low intelligence and one who do have it and are of higher intelligence. The latter are the surgeons and the former are the ones with a few heads in the fridge. But make no bones about it, they’re almost the same group of people.

Hello! I posted here about 6 weeks ago (so I'm 7 weeks post op now) and I thought it was about time I posted an update since I was super swollen last time.

Overall I'm extremely happy and TR did an amazing job. The aesthetics are great and no issue with dilation; I'm getting to the last dot on the purple #1 soul source dilator plus an extra half an inch or so so I've gained a little depth through persistent dilation. I mostly use the purple dilator due to my various dehiscences but I also the blue #2 and green #3 occasionally just to check I can but aside from some obvious discomfort with the green because I've never really used it consistently before I can get to depth with both of them if I'm persistent so I'm sure I'll have no trouble sizing up eventually. I have a lot of sensitivity around my clit already too which is great.

A minor nitpick is that one side my inner labia seems to have come undone or something early on and one side seems to go straight down while the other seems to recede backwards into my vagina. The one that goes more straight down seems to cover the other one up and stands out a lot more. It doesn't show up super good on pictures but is obvious in person. The middle right pic shows it on the left side (my right) you can see how it sorta splits and part of it goes forwards while the other part goes back. The other side feels really chonky and firm but that one feels just like soft squishy skin, I'm guessing it was sutured together at some point and should have healed like that but I have no idea lol. Tbh I don't really mind as it looks kinda natural for it to be asymmetrical and a bit more interesting but it used to bug me a bit.

I want to lose some weight too since I hold it all at my center for some reason and my outer labia are super chubby . They're super soft and nice to touch but I have to spread my legs pretty far to see anything else! I've gained a few kg since surgery which I'm sure will be off soon anyway.

Obviously I had some pretty serious dehiscence at my perineum which was quite scary at first but I was assured to keep dilating. At first it was just the point where the V sutures met and I was advised it would get worse before it got better and omg yep it seemed to release goop that dissolved more and more flesh for the first couple weeks until it was kinda massive and open. It was all kinda superficial though and fascinating to watch the second intention healing occur even though it took an agonizing amount of time. Basically I was advised to get some medihoney (medical grade menuka honey) and sterise gauze pads and keep it dressed with the honey overnight to help it heal which seemed to work great. I also kept it packed with dry gauze most of the time to stop it rubbing or anything, and I washed with water every time I had to pee, dried it with a hairdryer and had to replace the gauze which was pretty time consuming but I got quick at it.

It did a great job healing in from the bottom with fresh red granulation tissue and zippered together crazily around the edges, honestly left with only a tiny amount of scar tissue because mostly it just contracted and I guess I somehow didn't experience much tissue loss. It was very strong after the first 3 weeks or so and is almost completely healed now.

Overall it's healed up really well and I can just about sit up again as of about a week ago. It's probably also the vagina with the most road miles for its age as for various reasons I had to drive around 1000 miles in the last week or so which was pretty sore at first but actually seemed to help get rid of the last of the swelling at the perineum and get me used to sitting up. Now I'm giving it a well deserved rest until my 10 week follow-up in August

Overall really good recovery apart from the scary and agonizingly slow to heal dehiscence!! I'm glad I got plenty of pictures of the healing process to share too since I couldn't find any dehiscences quite like mine and had no idea how it was going to heal!!
