I've read that extreme workouts in more mature women give their arms and hands (and sometimes legs) that ropey, veiny look.
Less estrogen and thinner skin have something to do with it.
I don't think Madonna was a cigarette smoker, but if she got a lot on sun on her hands, that adds to the damage.

Hands are also very hard to do cosmetic surgery for. Some people age more visibly than others, sometimes because of lifestyle, sometimes for nothing more than shitty genetics. Madonna has probably been in and out of plastic surgeons offices since she made her first million, but only really going overboard in the last ten years or so. If she'd decided to just embrace aging from the start, she'd probably look a lot older than her chronological age because she's spent a lifetime alternating partying and doing extreme workouts every day. She's the type of individual that lives an ultra strict diet and brutal exercise regime in between week long binges, only stopping when she passes out for a few days.

I've been around extremely ambitious and driven people, and it's amazing just how much shit they can achieve in their life. But eventually they burn out physically and mentally, usually around their fifties. Their body and brain just reach the point where they break. It's why so many famous individuals throughout history are lauded for their achievements when they're young, but end up disappearing for years until someone spots them wearing rags amongst all the other derelicts in a city park, trying to knife the cunt who stole their not quite empty goon bag.

Low body fat combined with heavy workouts for years will contribute to hands like that. Sarah Jessica Parker also gets shit for her hands.

But I just wanna say good for her for not covering them up, seriously it's stupid to mock women's hands and making them insecure about things they can't possibly change. Especially when Steven Tyler is constantly wearing flipflops with toes like that and not giving a shit.

Have you seen this nigga dancing on stage back in a day? Considering all his ballet acrobatics, with enormous amounts of drugs and booze he consumed over the decades ( he probably couldn't feel when his toes were breaking) I'm surprised he can walk at all.
 
Since the topic of hand appearance came up again, I had to do some digging.

Madonna is only rumoured to getting mesotherapy for her hands. "Mesotherapy is a technique that uses injections of vitamins, enzymes, hormones, and plant extracts to rejuvenate and tighten skin, as well as remove excess fat."

It sounds like hogwash, and it's clearly not working. It's an old technique from 1952, but there is a lot old shit that should be laid dead.
Her wearing gloves anyway is a godsend, as she can do CO2 laser and burn them real good. So wearing gloves with them healing up would not even look weird.

Sclerotherapy is safe and effective. And both Madonna and Sarah Jessica Parker has prominent veins on their hands.
This shit must just be them not knowing what to do, and even though Madonna has the best people at hand. It's not like they automatically suggest the best option for you, and I would believe they rather consequently do not do that. As she is a cashcow, and making money off people that are well-informed is harder.

Mezotherapy wouldn't help her, another way to cosmetically fix veiny hands is with the use of fillers.

I didn't know you could actually treat veiny hands with sclerotherapy, I thought it was only possible to use it for flat spider veins, maybe these are new innovative treatments, but like I said I don't think women should feel pressured to use them. Sarah Jessica Parker is super natural anyway and I respect her for it. She addressed people mocking her hands before and pretty much told them to fuck off. Madonna got insecure and started wearing these stupid gloves so naturally the subject of her hands never went away. The more you're trying to cover something up the more people will want to see it.

On a different note, Hello! is speculating about the future of her estate.

I wonder how close Lola and Rocco actually are with their adopted siblings and if they are pissed off they're gonna have to share mom's fortune with them after she passes.

Depends on how much of their mum's personality disorder they've inherited. If I were in Lola and Rocco's position, I'd see my adopted siblings' share of the estate essentially as payment for keeping the batshit old cow occupied whilst I got on with my own life, and just leave it be so long as I got my own nice piece. However, PDs would rather burn down the entire bank rather than give someone a single dollar, and Lola at least comes across as incredibly needy and unstable. Even if she didn't personally want to fight there's a good chance a parasite with a stronger personality would latch onto her and attempt to ride her all the way to the bank.

I really feel sorry for all of Madonna's kids. You just know that they've seen and experienced shit that no amount of money could ever compensate for.

Rocco will inherit a lot from his dad and while some of the weird art things he does screams privileged nepo baby, he also seems the most normal. You don't see him acting stupid in public like the rest of them, Lola included. Hadn't he moved out of Madonna's place and back in with his dad around the time she adopted the twins?

Yes, there was a huge fight over it, and Guy Ritchie got full custody of Rocco, IIRC.

Madonna was too controlling with her children, wouldn't let them watch TV, eat sweets or other food she thought was unhealthy, among other things.

Rocco seems to keep himself out of the spotlight, and I haven't heard of him overdosing in a McDonald's restroom, so good for him.

Honestly, I'm not even sure myself. One source says that we have more than enough veins in our hands. So treating the bulgy ones won't make a difference. Another one says it's for diseased veins, and reddit acts as if it's horrible and have BIG consequences for you health.
The most sure way would be to actually ask an dermatologist about it.

I think it not really spoken about, since it's generally acceptable for hands to getting more veiny with age.
But ye, ideally. People should do cosmetic procedures for their own sake. People do have horrendous fillers, boobjobs and whatnot to please others. Those are quick fixes, but they are really one of the worst procedures in terms of looking good over time

Ugh. I figured maybe a stroke caused it. I didn’t even know what bunions were until looked it up last year. I had heard the term my whole life but for some reason thought they were like warts. Apparently they can do surgery on bunions but only do so if it’s really severe because it can do more damage than good, but that looks pretty goddamn severe to me. How can you walk with your toes crossed over each other?
