I don't know why people are bothering to talk about or debate Libertardianism. Libertardianism has been rejected by the American public since Libertardianism became a party. I can count the number of elections Libertardians have won on one hand. It's not many., Like I said they have been rejected. No one wants Libertardianism. It's not a viable political party or option for government. No one wants it. The few that did win elections just turned out to be Koch brother puppet shitbags anyway. Libertardianism is dead now. It's been dead since 2012. It was just a release valve for angry white Americans anyway. Trump came along and replaced that with MAGA nationalism populism. The difference is Trumps MAGA nationalist populist movement had actual accomplishments. Libertardianism never accomplished anything.

It's not 2008 or 2012 anymore. It's time to just let go of Libertardianism.

I don't disagree with your assessment of their viability, but I think it's dangerous to discard everything that's not immediately appealing to the nigger cattle because it's "not viable". If that becomes the norm things will never change for the better because it will always be an uphill battle for ANY type of radical politics to become popular with the people, you will just be stuck in this endless hell where neo-liberals and neo-cons go on ruining everything and passing the "power" back and forth so they can maintain the charade by blaming the other side for all the problems while in reality they are equally guilty by upholding this sham system.

Things are changing. It's going slowly but things are changing. But Libertarianism isn't involved and won't be involved because that's not what the American people want. If you want to see what American people want and agree with just look at what Trump was doing in 2016. That's about where Americans stand.

Mexico sure enforces a lot of laws over its claimed territory for no longer being a state.

This I can agree with. But I want to say this, what the American people want doesn't nessesrly mean it's the best since your average voter is pretty darn retarded, but I guess the Trump supporters back in 2016 where at least on the right track in some sense. But it was still way too weak and fractured to actually do anything yet, but that doesn't mean people should just give up and resign themselves to their fate.

I never said it wasn't a state. I was referring to the large chunks of it's territory that are in practice ran and controlled by the cartels.

I was watching a police video where the cop was getting everything out of the pedophile, essentially fashioning his own noose. He had the pedophile sit on the curb and asked gentle, leading questions.

The stupid parents did not understand this, and kept yelling and interfering in the investigation. The cop had got the following information -
Pedophile was a pedophile
Pedophile had done this before in the general area
Pedophile had successfully taken children in the past and GOT AWAY WITH IT.
Then a father waddles into frame and starts screaming at the cop to put the pedo in a cop car. Cop was visibly pissed that this lard bucket is fucking his case.
Pedo half realizes what he's done and clams up
Mother of target child fucks evidence custody by walking out of the bathroom with pedophiles costume change.

It was EXTREMELY frustrating to watch. If those parents had shut the fuck up, gone inside, and protected their kid, the case was in the fucking bag. Instead Shmeckle Spielberg will get the case thrown out in court.

It's like how every disaster video has a loud cunt yelling "oh my goodness". Shut the fuck up and film!

The end of the clip shows the last real area of debate for applying the NAP. Child porn and its drawn equivalent are vile, and Null shut them down; but loli was/is an ongoing debate as there are no "real" victims.

Null in the clip comes down on the benefit-of-the-doubt libertarian side, but Null today holds the opposite view. What happened in between was the 9chan fiasco, where the loli posters got pissy about being quarantined to a single board and turned into hardcore child porn posters. That scarred Null so badly he now treats lolicons as pedos, along with the adjacent anime posters.

Trying to quarantine speech he finds disgusting without outright banning it, was a good-faith (though naive) attempt to solve the Gordian knot that has existed ever since the First Amendment was written. He's not the first to try, or to fail. I don't have a problem with him giving it a shot. Besides, he's earned even more hate from the anime/vtuber crowd since he reversed position, than he ever did from the loli-haters.
