I don't think it's a single thing that caused the split but sentiment that's been building over the years.

In like 2018, weev banned Azz from the old forum due to the Cville-related charges against him (also Azz gave his computer to the cops). Anglin would periodically go on Azz's show on Dlive in 2019 and 2020 but always remained pretty distant. Didn't do anything else to help Azz, got him to switch to Monero only so his donations pretty much went to zero.

Last September, Anglin was having a feud with Big Tech (can't remember why) and some rascal was impersonating Azzmador in Big Tech's chat on Cozy. Big Tech gave this Azzmador account moderator privileges so a bunch of people on GayU, including Anglin, thought it was really Azz. This upset Azz, since people were talking about him on GayU and he couldn't even defend himself due to being banned.

Anglin said he wanted to make it up to Azz but I don't think anything came of that. Then a week or two ago, Tony Castle (Azzmador's most trusted lackey for years) did a podcast with Anglin. Azz removed him from his chat and posted this:

As in, if Nick had parted ways with Ralph in Feb '22 the optics situation would have been salvageable. No year-long clown show, no beef with Metokur, etc. If you wanted to save AF's reputation and could only reverse one of Nick's decisions, that one would be the most bang for your buck is all I'm saying.

Andy's main flaw is his self. His edgy, smug, dumb white guy style, together with his chudly looks and trashy South Park humor (edgier = funnier) give him the worst possible persona he could have. It means he has no filter and always says the wrong thing to his detriment. This made him easy prey for journos and repels most people who find his stuff. You could call it Trump Syndrome, but Trump was funny.

But at least he's true to himself. Andy dunks on "the peasants" but as a lower-class white American he's the Peasant of Peasants. You can tell by the typos. His English is crude, he clearly had trouble in school and has no respect for or knowledge of his mother tongue (that's gynocracist - "father tongue") while claiming to be a great thinker. But I'm not above citing "secular" bits of hypocrisy, like when he mocked the Ukraine by calling it a "peasant country with a bastard creole language". Unlike America and most of the world? But he has some strengths - I agree with him half the time and his site is a good source of memes and news, especially hidden and suppressed stories. He's also a true man.
