I also take issue with the whole "best pixel artist in the world" thing. Begrudgingly, it does have talent, I won't lie, but: I've seen plenty of Jap pixel artists that would put this ogre to shame, a good deal of its art feels like high rez images simply traced over with a pixilation algorithm rather than something done by hand, and in certain aspects like color and detail, I feel like I'm better as a pixel artist and I barely consider myself "above average".

The fucking ego of these people is incalculable. Yes, you worked on Minecraft, but Mojang is a big fucking company, you aren't the first artist or the last, and you sure as shit aren't the sole artist that gives the game it's identity or anything close like your ego seems to lead you to believe. You will be nothing but a footnote in the grand scheme of the games life span, ironically only really remembered by places like here for your garish actions in the name of your fetish rather than any of your achievements or accolades. The vast majority of people who have indulged any project you're a part of don't even know who you are or care, and I'm sure your flagrant broadcasting of living and identifying by your fetish has costed you, and will continue to cost you career opportunities in the future. Waterpark rules regarding trans tape??

Hi! i just sorta wanted to share my experience today at a local waterpark to 1.) see if anyone relates and 2.) if there’s anything i can do in terms of contacting the park about discrimination/HR stuff. So i entered the park in a tank top and bathing shorts, with trans tape on underneath- pretty damn taped up too, like not an inch of boob skin to be seen. keep in mind, at this waterpark EVERY guy i see is bare chested.

I spent a few minutes swimming in the lazy river, riding the water slides, etc. i had my tank top off at that point. i could see a few older adults staring at me, but i tried to ignore it because i just wasn’t feeling like telling them why i should be allowed to peacefully exist in public like everyone else. I get approached by a lifeguard, who tells me to step to the side for a minute with him. he then proceeds to tell me that “(we) have a bathing suit requirement that requires everyone here to wear a suit, and you’re not appropriately following that. you’re going to have to put on a top.”

I looked at the big ass crowd of men, old and young alike, all shirtless. so i thought maybe telling him i’m one of them would help. i told him, very simply, “but i’m a boy. every other boy here isn’t wearing a shirt. why do i have to?” He shrugged and said some bullshit about “that’s just the rules”. i didn’t want to give up yet so i added, “are you going to ask every other guy here to cover their chests?” and he just repeated the same bullshit.

He told me to go put on a shirt or id be asked to leave, i ended up crying and leaving the park in shame. i looked up the rules later, found nothing specific in how i had to cover my top. there were bathing suits with less coverage than me, so i know it couldn’t just be a normal call-out. anyways, i just felt pretty bummed all day about this. wanted to get it out of my system. thanks for listening :,)
