Honestly at this point anyone who see's her probably assume she's got cancer or some other disease and not anorexia and therefore doesn't want to turn her away/gives her asspats. She's beyond anorexic at this, she's on death's literal doorstep

Uh not really (lucky I mean). One time an 'autopsy anon' popped in to lolcow and outlined what they saw in a girl just like Ash. Muscles like paper, organs shrivelled and blackening.

Before her, I don't think I've ever seen a photo of a fresh tattoo that didn't have the skin around it somewhat red. Is her immune system just so shot that she doesn't even have a normal inflammatory response?
