SCOTUS can't be so cucked they would let Trump not be on the ballot, they will probably intervene in 48 hours after the trial, even that fag Roberts has to realize how broken the system would be if they just let it go normally.

If they don't the country is fucked, completely.
Why wouldn't they? They absolutely refused to hear any election cases in 2020 and even outright admitted there was standing and they feared retribution for acting.

Rand Paul introduced an amendment in the NDAA reaffirming that the US Congress declares when we go to war, not when NATO invokes article 5.

It was voted down 16-83. Here's the ones who voted yes:

Mike Braun (R-IN)
Ted Cruz (R-TX)
Steve Daines (R-MT)
Bill Hagerty (R-TN)
Josh Hawley (R-MO)
Ron Johnson (R-WI)
John Kennedy (R-LA)
James Lankford (R-OK)
Mike Lee (R-UT)
Cynthia Lummis (R-WY)
Roger Marshall (R-KS)
Marco Rubio (R-FL)
Eric Schmitt (R-MO)
Tommy Tuberville (R-AL)
J.D. Vance (R-OH)

Good on them for refusing to pimp out our soveriegnty to those eurofaggots.

Grassley releases FBI document accusing Joe and Hunter Biden of bribery scheme (Archive)

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Thursday released the now-infamous FBI form that contains a witness's account of President Joe Biden allegedly partaking in a bribery scheme when he was vice president.

Grassley published in full the lightly redacted FD-1023 form, the contents of which several congressional Republicans have seen but that the public has not.

The Iowa Republican accused the FBI in an accompanying statement of seeking to “obfuscate and redact” it before the bureau ultimately cooperated with congressional Republicans to show it to them.

“The American people can now read this document for themselves, without the filter of politicians or bureaucrats, thanks to brave and heroic whistleblowers,” said Grassley, who acquired the document via legally protected disclosures by Justice Department whistleblowers.

The FBI uses FD-1023 forms to record “raw, unverified” information from confidential human sources.

Read the form below.

Oh boy, the Strongly Worded Letter is gonna be spicy on this one!

The GOP thinks this "represent the American people's interests" thing is just some weird fad that will go away once Trump is out of the picture, and they can get back to the goverment's real work of paying Lockheed to produce things to get destroyed in random shitholes across the world, just as the Constitution specifies.
To the GOP leadership, they feel that a fake folksy accent and/or demeanor is good enough. After all, that worked with Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush. Bob Dole, John McCain and Mitt Romney did not pretend to have an accent, which is why they lost. I remember in 2015, one of the traits that was going to sink Blumpf was that he had a New York accent and the bumpkins in flyover country would reject him because he didn’t sound like he was from Texas. This is what they seriously believe.

Thing is, I don't want my elected representatives to be "respectable". I want them to fight for me. I want them to be offensive and boorish. I want them to comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable.

You wouldn't send an army to be "respectable" or to "lose with dignity". You send them to fuck up your enemies' shit.

In 2004, many states blocked Ralph Nader from the ballot since they thought he’d be a spoiler for the Democrats again: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ralph_Nader_2004_presidential_campaign

The Nader campaign failed to gain a spot on a number of state ballots, and faced legal challenges to its efforts in a number of states. In some cases, state officials found large numbers of submitted voter petitions invalid.
Looks like a strategy they can easily use for 2024 and there’s legal precedent for it. There’s no way the SCOTUS will ever review the case in time for the election (or at all). So it’ll come down to the state courts to decide if they feel like including him or not. Lots of up and comer cuckservatives who are looking to get asspats from the beltway that can earn their stripes blocking him from the ballot.

Meatball interviewed by Fox and Friends, fluff piece with ridiculous staged lighting, he thinks Trump has to earn it. Yes, the orange man being indicted everywhere needs to "earn it"

Woman's perspective of the interview (full interview linked below), really shows how this is Jill Desantis' show, major Killary vibes.

@The Last Stand rushing to Florida as we speak
He'd die from senior snusnu in The Villages.

tbh I really did think his general New Yorkness was going to be an albatross around his neck

New York accent might have been a issue on a RINO or a basic bitch conservative. But Trump is bigger than his accent. In his case it was a asset because it played into his image people knew of him.
Yep. He played up the big, brash, pugnacious New Yorker stereotype and convinced people he'd fight for them, no matter where in the country they lived.

He can still try and get it reversed by SCOTUS.
Then Kavanaugh decides he has to recluse himself because he was put in his possition by Trump and the vote to look at the case ends in a stalemate. Much sad. Oh, also Clarence happebed to trip on a shotgun after voicing his discontent, much tragic :(

Never forget, those Trump judges? They are actually Mitch's judges. If the lord of the turtles deems it necessary, they will vote fuck Trump and spin it as much as they can. You can only count on Clarence and maybe Alito to not be compromised.

Pretty much, they do give some bibs and bobs but they will fold for something like this no doubt about since they already did.

People can still write in Trump. Are they gonna petition states to remove the write in option from all ballots ever?

I'm being rhetorical. Of course they will. I don't need an answer.

Question:

If Trump's name is omitted from the ballot, but everyone writes it in anyways, would that mean that the vast majority of ballots would have to be hand counted and read because the tabulating machines won't be able to handle them?

if the tabulation machines can't read it, they just place them all under the preselected winner.
it would be Maricopa all over the country

Indicting Trump tomorrow is meant to take him out of the 2024 race. When he's convicted of "insurrection" (which is a foregone conclusion, since DC is 90% Democrat, evidence or the law be damned), he'll be barred from running again under the 14th Amendment.

It won't matter if indictment makes him more popular. They'll have rigged the game to where conservatives are only allowed to vote for Meatball, Vivek, Pence, or other Regime-approved losers.

They're committing actual voter suppression by prohibiting half the country from voting for the guy they want.

I don't remember when I said this, but in one of these threads, I predicted they'd do this. Something to the effect of "Democrats will declare that Republicans may not run any candidate without their approval".

...Why can't my Nostradameat powers ever prophesy good news?
If that goes down, which it probably already is, I actually kinda hope it's the proverbial straw. Because at that point there is no real going back, that's the official signal that there will not be any free voting in this country again, and once under tyranny you cannot vote your way out from under it again.
I don't give a shit if it leads to Le Grande Finale, I just want this shit to have a chance of branching off before we veer too far on the wrong track. I feel confident we are in the End Times anyway, it's not likely to get better, I just hope I get front row seats to some of the bowls of wrath getting poured right over the modern Sodom and Gomorrahs.
